Unacceptable office ethics, excessive testing such as ordering a test that was just done at another facility within a weeks time. Excessive office visits to schedule a surgery even after its been agreed upon by the doctor and patient its either necessary or will benefit them in terms of and elective surgery. The billing is always prompt and even after being paid in full they will find a new way to charge for something such as Dr. Kopell reading to you results of a test, despite he is only ready what the other doctor has already placed in the report and there is no further explanation (As if you aren't capable or have not read the same report). Elenita his receptionist is AMAZING best part of the whole experience. Dr. KOPPELL HAS ONE PRIORITY which is being PAID other than that you don't matter to him. I would not bring my dog to be walked by this man or his department in the future let alone seek medical assistance. Dr. Kopell is an amazing doctor. He has turned my husband’s life around thanks to his surgical skills. His office is extremely knowledgeable and helpful too

Yet another unethical Mt Cyanide doc who's been practicing for over a decade and doesn't have a SINGLE positive patient review. Not one. Please, go elsewhere and spare yourself a great deal of heartache, pain and suffering at the hands of incompetent physicians like Koppel.

I have had ,clearly,trigeminal neuralgia for the last 15 yrs. Dr.Kopell said I have CPH,which is a bogus diagnosis. He just sort of blew me off saying I'm a surgeon, as though my condition didn't need surgery because my MRI wad normal. Plus,having to see a psychiatrist first was degrading. I see he performs microvascular decompression surgery. That is what I need. Just not sure why he did not even discuss this option with me. He should experience excruciating facial pain for 15 yrs.
