Dr. Brian Kelly incorrectly diagnosed me and was unwilling to refer me for treatment. His demeanor was dismissive and apathetic to my concerns. My Primary Care Physician proved to be a more competent source to treat my concussion than this "neurologist." Through my PCP, I received physical and speech therapy, which aided in my recovery. Dr.Kelly added my husband,Cory, in for an appointment and was very attentive and thorough in the evaluation. He listened without rushing him whatsoever. He didn't feel there was anything neurological wrong but went the extra mile to pursue a possible rheumatoid issue, even though this isn't his expertise. i would give kelly no stars he is the worst doctor there is went to see him for leg cramping up on me he told me to go to Physical Therapy this dude has a Attitude.he likes to put his Patience down but when you tell him off he told me if i dont like it i could leave very Unprofession dont waste your time of going there

I went to this office very upset and scared. Dr. Kelly's staff as well as Dr. Kelly are kind, compassionate, and took the time to listen to me.

Highly unprofessional way of handling a patient's serious suffering by assuming things from the get go.

He absolutely wasn't any good!!! Dismissed my husband when he was there. I wouldn't take my dog to him!!!

I rate this so called “Dr” 000000 ZERO!! He has no concern for his patients. Unprepared when entering the room. Asked me all the same questions from the first visit. Had no information of my first visit! Very long wait time! Did am EMG test, and when he was putting the needle into my right foot and leg, I told him that I don’t feel it and he didn’t seem to care! I asked him if that was usual and he had no response! After the test he told me that I was faking my symptoms to get out of work! I do a very physical demanding job and have a wife and 6 year old son (whom I haven’t been able to pick up, run and or play with for the past five months due to my back and nerve issues). All I’m trying to do is get back to my life and job that I was hired to do! I’m a very hard worker and take pride in my work! For a “Dr” to tell his patient that he faking his symptoms is very unprofessional! I would never recommend him to anyone even my worst enemy! “Dr Kelly” only cares about the power and money not his patients well being! Doesn’t have the time of day to listen to his patients, just writes them off to collect a paycheck! Never trust what he says! Go seek another Dr who will actually help and shows concern! He is the worst “Dr” I have ever had the displeasure of meeting! Ps I only gave him a star cause I had to in order to submit this! 0000000000 ZERO IS MY RATING!!!!!!

So let me be the first to say if it wasn't said already,, DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! First consultation he made me wait a hour in a small room, just so he can say sorry for the wait, see you in another 4 weeks?????day before thanksgiving, I go in wait like 15 minutes just so he can torture me for a EMG on my nerve damage from my back I'm screaming from pain, then he doesn't acknowledge me in the room only the intern he had (she was polite and talked to me and comforted me) . Didn't answer anything I was wondering about, speaking in professional terms. I had to check for myself what happened in the room that day online charting. I'm saying that to say that doctor had no compassion I am someone who actually need a diagnosis. For real conditions I have, this man isn't the one to go to. Just not for me. Took a personal cell call during appointment and then he told me the results but I needed to make another appointment for his help. I've never heard that before and I think it was just because it was the end of the day and he was ready to go after his phone call. I pursued treatment with another doctor that was much more attentive and professional. Just not for me. I see "rude" is the word of choice in describing him, add my rude, arrogant, and disrespectful to the mix Was an inpatient so didn't have much choice but to see him, I will NOT be using him for the follow up.

DR Kelly is GOOD !! He listens and explains and answers any questions you may have . So glad he is now our Neurologist of choice .

Very pleased so far. Attentive, very personable and thorough first visit. After that, pushed me off to another specialist claiming he couldn't help me with my rsd even though he claims to treat my rare condition

He didn't look in my eyes, he didn't seem to care, he didn't listen. He saw that I was on anti-anxiety medication and judged me from there. He prescribed a migraine medication that I had already been on and told him it didn't work. The office nurse was on her cell phone, and didn't even acknowledge my existence.

I found Dr. Kelly to be very attentive to my health issue. During this first visit, I learned more from him than I did during years of visits to my last doctor. He took his time explaining my course of treatment and he patiently answered my questions. His staff is very friendly and courteous.

Rude, egotistical, condescending. Even the nurses that work for him act like abuse victims, He should not be practicing medicine or anything where he has to deal with people.

Dr. Kelly is definitely a knowledgeable man within his field of practice. However, his office environment is a complete mess. Make sure you call a month ahead for any request and you MIGHT get it on time

I was a new patient and found him to be extremely condescending. He even yawned while looking at my paperwork. He needs to work on his patient interactions.
