I came in for an appointment due to having plantar facitis. My feet were causing me a lot of pain due to the inflammation. My insurance had paid everything except a 100.00 copay. I paid it but when I came in for my appt I was told they had not received the payment. I was in so much pain I was in tears almost. The doctor would not see me. I even asked the receptionist to ask him if he would see me and explain to him what was going on and he told her he would not see me. I was devastated and took my business somewhere else. I do not reccommend him because he does not care about the patients or their issues all he cares about is the money. I would say go somewhere else this place is like a free clinic. When I arrived it smelled and they had a lot of what looked like nursing home patients. If you want good care and a good podiatrist go somewhere else. The nurse's is very hard worker and they are very might.

It was fine as usual. I was only there to pick up inserts for my shoes.

I have been coming to Plaza Podiatry since 2010 and have always received professional service from both, doctors and staff that I have had contact with. I have recommended others to try it and received similar responses.

Dr.kashan is a great doctor I always feel as though I am being well taken care of my process there is always in a timely manner also the staff there are very respectful and polite I will most definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needs treatment from a podiatrist

Dr. Brian Kashan is blessed at what he does. He did my first foot surgery many years ago. Depending on the weather I have had not one issue since. Eleven months ago I had surgery by someone else...bad idea. I did all what was expected and requested and I just could not shake the feeling there was something still wrong with my left foot. I got tired of hoping as time went on so would the pain, it was excruciating and very annoying. I made the appointment to go back to Dr Kashan and after examining my foot and Exrays my suspicion was correct. I had to have another surgery not even a year had gone by. Things were worse than what either of us anticipated. I am 3 weeks out of having the 2nd surgery its been sort of hard for me to take care of myself. I am so glad I went back to Dr. kashan, he will forever be my Podiatrist until one of us no longer exists. There are many other good doctors in all fields of medicine and surgery but I have a good suggestion to anyone who no matter how many years you have been working in the field of choice. If tou dont know something just be honest about it dont be in it because of who others think you are or the money. Patient's care and health should be the number one priority; besides you wouldn't be who or where you are if it wasn't for the people. I was seen by Dr Channel Carter. Her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness made me feel very comfortable and nit be embarrassed about my reason for being there. I would definitely recommend her as well as the office staff. Overall if I could give more than five stars for them I would.

Staff efficient. Friendly and courteous Dr Carter easy to speak with, gives needed information and knowledgeable

My appointment was at 9:30 am and I was seen at 10 am. It was a crowded waiting area however patients were called quickly. The staff was professional and very nice.

Dr Robert is the man. Im diabetic,so when my toe nails grow so long i go to him too chop them down. What a relief. Quick and painless. I highly recommend

I enjoyed meeting Dr Carter .it's been 3 days since cortisone injection my pain is still there but not as constant . Hoping it will feel better in a few days . Dr was very accomodating

A, excellent Doctor,The staff is to!!! Great care..

I was nervous and the doctor was kind. That made me feel comfortable.

Everyone was so nice it was not a long wait and the Dr. was so attentive and professional.

1st impressions are everything. I loved Dr. Carter. She was awesome and so nice and welcoming. And my foot is so much better. I recommend this facility for sure.

I am always greeted upon entering and treated with respect. I do not have to wait a long time to be taken into an exam room. Shortly there after, Dr. Nwoso is there to take care of my feet and always is jovial and upfront with me. I have recommended Plaza Podiatry to family and friends.

Dr Kashan is the best he has tried very optimistic to help me with my foot problems. I love him

Robert Nwosu he is my foot doctor and he's wonderful I would recommend him anytime day whatever he's wonderful he's very caring explains everything in detail and he's just you know he's awesome if they had 10 Stars I would give him 10 Stars

I have a high deductible plan... 1500 deductible x2 (3k) because I have my daughter and as a single mother it's considered a family plan that costs over 500 per month. I only had 50 copay in my health savings account and this doc had a policy requiring me to pay up front the entire 80 for the visit. (My credit score is over 800... i pay my bills) I have the money but I wanted to use h.s.a. funds and they refused to just let me pay my 50 dollar copay and bill me. The office was empty... it's not like he was overwhelmed with patients and I really needed to see a doc about my foot because I had put it off a long time. I have rescheduled with a different podiatrist. Dr. Carter helped me with my heel Pain (Plantar Fasciitis). She has a warm bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend her.

Excellent care and very professional staff.

She knows that she is and will always be the best foot doctor that care and started treatment along side me having vasculitus lupus no cure for I'm fighting today.i hope she has continued success.

The worst experience ever!! His staff was great, but Dr. Kashan himself did not do anything to solve what problem I had. That visit was a waste of money and I would not recommend him to no one!
