Love Dr Kaplan! He helped us do an IUI for our first child and are now under his care trying for our second! He is very straightforward about everything and is kind and caring!

Started the conversation with how old are you, didn't even read the paperwork I completed in advance. Spent 30 minutes and was charged for a full visit. Took longer to drive there. Do not reccomend.

My husband and I went into our appointment very educated from our friends on what to expect. My primary doctor had ordered all my lab work two weeks prior so that way he would have it and be able to work fast in finding solutions. He said he wanted to do the genetic testing. I was 100% in and knew a lot of times that those tests were not covered by insurance. When I went to get the labs draw they took 21 vials....I’m used to getting my blood drawn in large amounts from the miscarriages, so it didn’t bother me. However, what I did not realize is he had just REORDERED all the labs I had given him. My insurance refused to cover them so I am stuck with a $4,000 lab bill. Lack of patient concern, especially financially, is a huge issue for me. I don’t care how much money anyone has, to have to pay for the same labs twice in a three week period is not okay. He is the absolute best! Amazing team who walked us through the whole fertility process. We have a son now because he stuck with us. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Kaplan is an extremely smart, skilled kind, and compassionate person. I highly recommend him and his team. He was open to what I wanted to do, along with guiding me to make the right next decisions and steps along the way. The nurses, technicians, and additional staff have always been informative, helpful and incredibly responsive. With that being said, this journey is what you put into it and you do have to be your own advocate to understand what you are about to go through. This was the second clinic I went to, and ended up being the right fit for me. I wanted a doctor that I felt genuinely cared about me but also was highly skilled, and I found that in Dr. Kaplan and the FCI Team. Dr. Kaplan is an extremely smart, skilled kind, and compassionate person. I highly recommend him and his team. I cannot get over the horrible experience we had at FCI. The staff won’t return your calls and they told me the incorrect medication dose to take which led to an unsuccessful outcome. It’s a cattle call atmosphere and they could care less about you or what you are going through. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an IVF clinic to look elsewhere.

I thought the staff was the most professional, compassionate, and thorough doctor office I'd ever been in. I read reviews that led me to expect service equivalent to herding cattle, but this was not the case. I thought Dr. Kaplan was fantastic with his gentle approach and listened as if he truly cared about me as a patient. I felt like I got the red carpet treatment from the moment I walked in, to the checkout process.
