Great Doctor. Great shot nurses. Great, Fast Service. LOUSY BOOKKEEPING! Twice I've been greatly over-charged! If you go, WATCH YOUR BILLING!

I have been having problems for many years with stomach issues. When the allergy test came back negative he took the time to listen to my symptoms asked what seemed like a zillion questions, looked through my records from the hospital then found something that very likely is my problem. And it is not allergy related!

Wonderful group of people from the front desk personnel to the Amazing Nurses giving the shots!! I'm NOT saying it lightly that Dr. Jackson has changed my daily life. I went 34 years with uncontrolled allergies to everything to having control of them as we do now. With him and his staff continually checking to see how I'm doing with my current medications and shots makes me know I'm more than just a number to them.. I appreciate alllll of them so much!!

Awesome staff! The receptionist and insurance clerk were beyond excellent and knowledgeable. The nurses were so nice and made the whole visit a great experience. I will be starting shots so I met the ladies giving the shots and they were such a delight. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were so funny! They sure make coming to the clinic weekly sound fun! Dr Jackson was also great. Very good bedside manner and took his time to address each need I had! I am so impressed with this clinic I will be letting everyone I know to come to Jackson Allergy and Asthma Clinic for any allergy needs!

The office staff is very nice and helpful. The physician is curt, arrogant, and just not a nice person. Poor bedside manner. Won't be going back.

I had a minor reaction to a complex dinner and decided I was allergic to eggplant. Ended up getting an appointment with Dr Jackson to get it checked out. It was an obscure thing to test for and I was on a time crunch, but the office staff got me into the schedule on short notice. Dr Jackson himself was humorous and informative, he figured out a way to test for eggplant and got my results back very quickly with a thorough writeup. Again, office staff very kind, helpful, and quick. I generally avoid doctors offices and never write reviews but these folks deserve two thumbs up. Nurses are great; receptionist is difficult to deal with; as is Dr. Jackson - wouldn't fill my prescription - for eye drops no less - unless I "scheduled" and appointment before my one-year due date - July 1 ( I called on June 1) - basically "see me/pay me because I put my wallet before your well being" - some might call that a "policy' -I would call it extortion!
