Wendy and Dr Kichler were so sweet and reassuring they also went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I am very thankful I chose Dr. Hass’s practice. Amazing experience all around - I had my lips done by Ashley, NP at Hass. I am absolutely in love with my lips, as Ashley has a natural touch. She knows what will fit your face. Before I came in, I was holding off on getting my lips done for a while because I was concerned it would look too much. Ashley took away all my worries. She's a perfectionist and they look very natural, and I look better without anyone noticing what I've had done. She is also wonderful to talk to. Everyone in the office has been extremely helpful and there are barely any waiting times, I enjoy going over there. Thank you!!! Worst experience ever. Came all the way down from Miami wasted my entire day. Sat in the office waiting my turn only to be told they don't take cases with attorneys involved. What a huge waste of a day from an incompetent doctor. I will be sure to tell everybody I meet everyday what a horrible experience. The doctor didn't even have the guts to see me sent in some poor girl who was absolutely wonderful and embarrassed made her do the Dirty Work he should be ashamed of himself. Worst experience ever. I am so happy I came to see Dr.B for my procedure! Dr. B was so personable and kind, he took the time to sit down with me and answer all my questions. Not to mention, I am beyond happy with my results! Thank you Dr.B!

I am post op about 12 days and I couldn’t be happier so far with my results. Dr. B knew exactly what I wanted. He made my nose literally perfect with me still feeling like me! I have already recommended him to so many but if you’re reading this and thinking about it, he’s the best around. Also, the staff from the beginning to end are so nice and comforting. I was constantly checked on and they made me feel like I wasn’t just another “patient”. 10 out of 5!

I recently had a breast augmentation, as well as a chin implant with Dr. Brian Hass. My surgery took place on 5/22/20. So far, I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Hass & the staff at the office, especially Jill & Wendy. I felt comfortable from the very start, which began with Jill. Every detail pre and post op were provided which made me feel secure - I knew I was in good hands. My case was unique and not in a good way....Dr. Hass went above & beyond my expectations. He also called on his personal cell to check up on me. If I needed anything, I was able to contact him directly on his cell. When I did text him over Memorial Day weekend with a concern, he texted back within 1 min. I think it’s also important to mention that I was referred to this office by another highly regarded surgeon Dr. Mardirossian. Also, I knew Hass was the best because one of my clients is a neurosurgeon and choose them to do their surgery. That says a lot in my book!

Dr. Hass did my face last year and I cannot say enough positive things about him. I was initially very nervous that I would look different, but he assured me that I would look like me only better. I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone but Dr Brian Hass. His results are consistently excellent and natural. Unlike some plastic surgeons who have their own vision of what looks best, he listened and addressed my concerns directly. He gently pointed out additional things I might want to consider which were appropriate and things that weren’t on my radar initially. His team are really superb. From my initial phone call to consultation to surgery and beyond, I felt well cared for and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Hass and his team.

If I could give Dr. Brian Hass 0 stars I absolutely would! Terrible outcome on my breast augmentation. I have to pay out of pocket for a revision surgery!!!!! I will be hiring a lawyer and Dr. Hass will NOT hear the end of this!

Extremely disappointed with Dr. Hass's unprofessional practice. Not only was he insensitive of how distraught my niece was after her breast implants bottomed out, he clearly stated that he will by no means "pay for her to see anther surgeon". I believe my niece would have actually considered the revision surgery with Dr. Hass IF he had not blamed HER for her breast implants bottoming out. This man should be ashamed of himself,.

Terrible, terrible. My sister was ecstatic to go with this company based on the reviews. She was diligently saving ALL of her money and has been looking forward to getting this done for years. All was good and well until a few weeks after the surgery. When the breast implants started healing a 'vein' started to appear below her breasts. Come to find out, this was not a vein. I've been going to Dr. Hass & his staff for over 10 years and have had a few surgeries, facial injectables, CoolSculpting and skin care treatments. From my first phone call, to office visit and staff engagement, the professionalism, friendliness, & doctors' and clinicians' abilities have always made me feel very confident. Unbelievable! I am 65 female , first facelift . Had two consults before choosing Dr Hass ABPS certified, to do my surgery. (Saw 3 other ABPS prior) His explanations were clear and thorough. His staff is caring and are engaged from consult to post surgery. My results are amazing,no exaggeration. Dr Hass's pre/post surgical protocol works when strictly followed. Do your research then choose Dr.Hass!
