“Amy” the office manager gave me enough info to not want to chose their facility and she’s extremely rude

Well I wanted to go see this dr but if you are self pay he won’t take you. Just like every other pain dr apparently it’s all about the money. I cannot have steroid injections so therefore I’m screwed.

Would rather fist fight a mountain lion than try to deal with this office and the she-devil of a receptionist again. These people do not care about their patients. Only giving them one star because zero isn’t an option

Dr Haseloff treats my dad. My dad had very very bad sciatica problem. Another dr wanted to do major back surgery.....so I took him to dr Haseloff and he fixed my dad's back with a few minor day surgeries and medicine that my dad needed and everything turned out fine!

I am leaving another review to offset the low score of another patien's review. I have been Dr. Haselho's patient for almost three years and he ALWAYS TREATED ME PROFESSIONALLY WITH GREAT COMPASSION AND WARMTH. I'm not sure what issues another may have had with staff but Dr. Haselhof is just about the BEST Dr. I have EVER known, PERIOD!

ALL of my experiences have been nothing but EXTREMELY positive! From the ladies at the front desk to tbe nurse and then to Dr. Haseloff himself! He has implanted a remote control wire in my right shoulder area and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY, he is awesome and knows what he's doing! THIS GENTLEMAN IS AWESOME! I would recomend him to everyone! My husband has always been in the medical field. His father was very likely the finest Anesthesiologist that ever lived. In WW2, PATTON wanted only the best and as my husbands father was already standing in line to board a glider plane headed to the South Pacific, Patton`s Third Army recruter found amoung the physicians who enlisted voluntarily, a 25 year old Anesthesiologist who graduated Alpha Omega Alpha and was enlisted as a Captain who had more outstanding qualities that could be listed here, to serve under George Patton, hand picked to serve in the front line MASH unit in the European theater of war. General Patton wanted the BEST and he found my husbands father. My husband so loved his father that even after his passing, applied to and entered the University of Michigan School of Medicine, to be as his father was. When my husband speaks about his father, you are listening to the attributes of someone who was a great man. While in residency and later as an Associate Professor of Anesthesia, my husband`s father, when an infant required anesthesia, he would walk up to bring the infant to the operating room, in his arms, not on a gurney. The nurses knew that when my husband`s father carried this precious life in his arms, the infant would be brought back from the operating room in the same manner, alive and well. Dr. Haseloff worked my mom in during a busy day. We were so impressed with his concern and the attitude of his staff. Dr. Haseloff spent time listening and evaluating and recommended a back injection. We were very impressed with him and his office!

Dr. Haseloff has been my pain management specialist for 2-3 years and he does his job by prescribing me the medicine I need right now. He does his job for me even though he has the DEA breathing down his neck and I really can’t ask for more. He is also forgiving when I lose my temper over the way the system is set up and I appreciate that. Basically he is trying his best to work with me even though the DEA probably threatens him for prescribing people like me the medicine they need. Yes, I need pain killers right now and that is God’s honest truth. People do not understand what I go through without opiates. Opiates help keep my bowels regular and they help with physical pain. I have legitimate reasons to be prescribed opiates and the DEA makes it very difficult for a man like Dr. Haseloff to do his job properly. So I thank Dr. Haseloff for trying to be the best Dr. he can considering the circumstances. Dr Haseloff is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to listen to the patient. His office staff is very nice too. I highly recommend him over the other pain care clinic that I have been to.

My first encounter with his nursing staff was very poor. They were not friendly by any means and provided little instruction. My second encounter the nursing staff was disrespectful, it seemed as I was being fun of for a simple misunderstanding. The doctor was not helpful, he was friendly however but no one pays so much money to be disrespected by nursing staff, having a long wait, not getting any new information, just to be treated 'friendly'.

I recently relocated to Pampa (60 mi outside of Amarillo) AND I have a particularly difficult case when it comes to treating my chronic pain (Fibromyalgia). Dr Haseloff was not only professional, and, warm & friendly.. he listened to every word I said, then responded accordingly. He was wonderful! I canceled two (2!) Pain Specialist appointments here in town because I can tell, I've found my new Pain Doc!

I have been his patient for 2 years, and, for really the first time in over 10 years, I was treated liked a person. Have been in pain for 20 plus years and most doctors have treated me like I was drug seeking. And it was always based on my age. And since day one of seeing Dr Haselhoff, he treated me with dignity and listened to me and what was actually going on with my disease and the pain that have to deal with. He will be giving me a stimulator soon. So grateful to him!!!!

Not Happy at all came all the way from Borger to see this doctor which we have seen before. But since he has moved offices we have to start over as a new patient. Also my husband gets there with my daughter and had left insurance cards at home in other wallet and they will not see her not even with the cards faxed to them they have to see them. Had to cancel last week appointment because she had emergency appendectomy. The lady at the front desk was very rude and not willing to work with us.
