This doctor took the time to answer my questions, and his documentation that I was able to read on mychart was accurate and complete. He was respectful and understanding to my situation. The appointment was prompt.

I was seeking care from Dr. Giordano for 1 year. He was great with a couple steroid injections on my right hip. He recommended PT. I tried PT for a couple months and my hip wasn’t getting better. I was finally scheduled to have right hip arthroscopy performed by Dr. Giordano and his team. With hard work and PT on my part, I am almost as good as I was in my 20’s. My right hip can function almost 100%. I am 11 months post op now. Very pleased.

Doc and his staff are amazing. He took such great care of me, explained everything, and answered all my questions.

Dr Giordano is a wonderful surgeon. Without writing a novella, he performed an outpatient surgery on me. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of the procedure and dx. They also placed a high priority in ensuring that a highly inconvenient and uncomfortable operation were as minimally invasive as could be. I couldn’t be more grateful. I 10/10 would ecommended. I have tried for the past week to get an appointment with Dr. Giordano and have not been successful. Perhaps URMC needs to increase their appointment staff.

The best of the best! Fixed my hip pain with immediate results.

Dr. Giordano is the best doctor I have ever seen. He is extremely caring and thorough. He wants to get you better as bad as you want to get better. He has repaired both my shoulders and both my hips. His PA, Dan, is fantastic and very thorough as well. Staff are very polite.

I waited much too long to seek treatment for my knee. First, I thought it would heal spontaneously. Then, I thought I would need surgery. Dr. Giordano had his own thoughts on the subject. He gave me an injection in the knee that was so, so easy to take. I was dancing when I got home because I forgot about it! I believe I'll soon be on my "come back tour!"

One of the best most caring, and explaining everything I need to do and not to do with my hip pain.. I'm currently in Brooklyn Ny where I had a MRI recently and it made my hip pain progress! Due to the fact that the tech had me positioned wrong, and left me unattended. I miss Dr. Giordano!!

Best Ortho doc I've ever seen. I've had a number of orthopedic "incidents" throughout my life and I've seen more than my fair share of docs. I've been seeing Dr. Giordano for the past few years now... he's worked on both of my shoulders and both of my knees. He's friendly, courteous, efficient, and highly-skilled. He's also worked on my wife's shoulder and she's pleased with his help as well. I can't recommend him highly enough. If you care about your post-surgical recovery and performance this is the guy you want to see.

He’s got to be one of the most arrogant nasty individual I’ve ever come across. I don’t think he likes being a doctor . Seen him after I broke my leg. He was the only Dr who had an appointment. Now I know why! I hope you read this GIORDANO it just might teach you how to treat your patients in the future .

I've had 17 surgeries and NEVER had a problem with one until Giadarno. He treated me horribly, mocked me, has the worst God complex in the world, and was plain rude. I had to call a privacy officer on him because he told my mother things that were none of her or his business and I was 21 at the time. He said I wasnt in so much pain as I was and it'd be a minor surgery. Turned into a major surgery and had to call my parents from the surgical room. His secretary is amazing and his PA Dan is nice

I’m a 43 year old woman with 8 years of hip pain and loss of mobility that was misdiagnosed by multiple specialists. Dr Giordano gave me the right diagnosis and a clear explanation of what was wrong. I had the first of 2 surgeries to repair my hip and had a huge drop in pain the day after that first surgery. Never a long wait, great office staff and super positive attitude from everyone I’ve interacted with at U of R. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with the process and my outcome.

Good doctor ...explains everything IF you can actually see him and not his PA. PA Dan treats everyone like a number not an individual. Said different things in front of doctor than to me on numerous visits. Secretary is great & always returns calls immediately.

Always helpful in answering any questions I have during any of my visits. Spends time and explains thoroughly. His secretary always calls back promptly too with any questions.

I found him very arrogant and rushed. He misdiagnosed me as having RSD. My nerve pain is due to a deterioration of an anterior cervical fusion 2001. Which I told him about multiple times.
