This doctor has no personality or empathy at all. I saw him 10/23/2019 and he just looked at me, squirted some stuff in my nose, and wrote me for a follow up CT scan. The visit lasted all of 10 minutes. He took no time to gather my symptoms and each time I mentioned something to him during the visit, I got a half response. It felt like he just didn't care. Being a patient that has seen him in the past and went through the whole CT scan and evaluations which came back inconclusive at that time (about 3 years ago) I took his instructions for management and have been managing my symptoms on my own for the past 3 years. He REFUSED to help me. I provided my medical history to a new doctor today and got EXACTLY what I needed. Her thoughts on his behavior: "he just didn't care"

I went to see Dr. Cusick for a pain I was having. The only thing he did was provide his opinion. I was surprised to see a $500 charge for my appointment. It would be nice if they warned me of this charge but I understand it is the patients responsibility to find this out before you go. If you are looking for a more personable ENT doctor who is less condescending I would recommend getting a referral from a friend.
He is an amazing doctor!! He treats everyone the same!!
