We met Ryan first. He was very friendly, helpful & professional. Dr. Buchanan was wonderful, he explained the xray, and outlined everything that was happening. I'm so glad to call Dr. Buchanan my doctor, and look forward to any further appts.

Had a very good visit today! Dr Buchanan and and the rest of the staff, x-ray technician, etc were all very friendly and very professional! I got in in a very timely manner also! Dr. Buchanan was also very helpful with any questions I had!

I wanted to schedule an appointment w/ Dr. Brian Buchanan because I heard lots of positive from a patient of his. Unfortunately the Patient Representative by the name: Megan was very unprofessional and her tone came off snotty. I explained that I am a new patient looking for rheumatoid arthritis because it states under his profile, yes I know he is Podiatrist. She mention something well let's google a podiatrist because you need to see that one without letting me finish my sentence/hearing me out. I asked for her name, of course she was hesitant. People who works with the public/people these days don't know what customer service anymore, that's when you know that employee is only there for a paycheck. It was great! He is calm, knowledgable and caring. He is a very good clinician and I would highly recommend him. We had a visit for my 19y.o. son following a car accident he was in. I had concerns about his foot not healing well. What I liked about Dr. Buchanan is that he didn't devalue my concerns. I think he is very good doctor.

Dr. Buchanan is a very talented surgeon. I am an RN and can read Dr.’s pretty well after 40 years. He was able to look at the x rays of my feet and ankles and already knew the pain I was suffering. He knew I needed to wait for surgery and prescribed a brace and orthotics that have helped me get along until I could afford it. I am anticipating surgery next spring and can hardly wait for relief. I have the utmost confidence in him and his capabilities. To be able to live with less pain is like the end of the rainbow to me. His bedside manner is also very good. He's nice and funny! He did his best to fix a bad foot surgery someone else did and he did a great job. His surgery cut my toe/foot pain down considerably, amen. I was considering a toe amputation,to be rid of some of the pain. He knows what he's doing and he's awesome! I will never go to anyone else, ever.

I love how much dr Buchanan knows about CMT. There are not very many drs in this location that know anything of the condition. I am mostly pain free from my previous issues with my condition because of the procedures he has done on me. I can walk again more normal then I have ever been able to in my whole life and I am not a young person. I have had many other surgeries from others doctors that have never worked as well. He is knowledgeable and takes his time to explains in easy terms what can be done. I have never felt rushed or pushed. I would highly recommend him for anyone with issues with CMT. Dr. Buchanan is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He's helped me, my twin, my older sister, my other sister, and my cousin. Doing procedures on all of us highly successfully. Id recommend him to literally anyone

I took my son here for warts on his foot. Dr. Buchanan recommend surgery (including being put under) for my 8 year old son. When we got home my husband was adamant against it and he ended up getting rid of all the warts using over the counter medicine from walmart. I can't attest to him as a surgeon, but if you are seeking medical counsel and OPTIONS, I wouldn't recommend him. He will tell you surgery is the only option. Very kind, caring, knowledgable and trust worthy.

My experience with Dr Buchanan hasn’t been good. The fusion he did, although not his fault, only fused 20%. I found this out two years after the doctor did my surgery because although I went back to him several times for the issue he told me that everything was OK. A podiatrist ordered a CT scan and they found that not only do I need a revision of the fusion I need a total Ankle replacement. Before my operation with Dr. Buchanan all I needed was a fusion I woke up with a fusion, and neuroma, and tarsal tunnel. This is changed my life and not for the better.

Dr. Buchanan performed surgery on my very large heel spur and cleaned out the junk in my ankle a few years ago. I was so impressed with the results that I saw him again for mid-foot pain. Rather than jump right into surgery, he made some great recommendations for footware that have helped make things tolerable for now. He is very personable and a great listener.

I had foot surgery a couple years ago and now have no feeling in most of my foot. Make sure to ask about this. I didn't know.

Dr Buchanan is very knowledgeable and explains things so everyone understands what's going on and what to expect. He responded to every email I sent when I broke my ankle.

Dr. Brian Buchanan performed total ankle replacement surgery on my right ankle. He takes time to answer all of my questions and is a kind and very caring doctor. I am pleased with my surgery and I highly recommend him.

Dr. performed surgery on my foot, where I had basically broken every bone. He placed 3 plates with numerous screws to hold my bones together. He saved my foot! I am so grateful for the excellent care and time he took with me.

I have to day Dr. Buchanan is one the best surgeon I've ever known and seen he did my ankle surgery March 24th 2015 right after my surgery I had NO PAIN!

Had complication with my ankle surgery, multiple follow up appointments where Dr. Buchanan said, I've never seen this before. Then would send me on my way
