Dr. Britton and the staff are awesome and do an amazing job!!! I have been coming here for over ten years or more. The staff is caring, knowledgeable and works with you to provide you with the best service you need!! I will continue to come. My Husband and I thank God for the wonderful exceptional service and terrific staff..

Doctor Brian Britton has been my doctor for over 25+ years. He is the most caring and thorough dentist I've ever known. My whole family goes to him for dental care and we will continue to do so. His staff are the most friendly and giving people I've ever met. Keep it up team. We love you.

I have been a customer of Dr. Britton for many years. I had an appointment today at 9am and I knew I will be 10 to 15 minutes late and I called the office and spoke with Candace who stated that they are totally booked and that if I am not here by 9:10, they will charge me 50 dollars. I left in hurry and was 2 minutes away from office, drove super fast, so I could get there by 9:10, but was reaching at 9:12. I called again and spoke with Candace who tells me I have to ask the girl, and she gets back on phone saying, we have to reschedule you, eventhough I am not even 2 mins away and states they are going to charge me 50 dollars. Candace was extremely rude, was not nice about this at any point of the conversation. I am so very disappointed and angry, they should have explained me too before they will charge when I made the appointment. I have been 5 10 minutes late before too,on rare occasions, never I experienced this kind of behavior. I will not pay the 50 and I will be calling the BBB to complain. And ofcourse, will find a different dentist. I wanted to switch for a long time anyway because previous two cleanings I had, Dr. Britton didn't even come to check if cleaning was done right like he used to. Some girls do better job than others, they are not very consistent with cleanings. I had an issue with one of teeth which Dr. Britton said, will have to be removed and referred me to Fort worth, orthodontist specialist, he sends all his patients to this doctor, and specialist told me, yes, the tooth will need to be removed. My sister asked me to get a second opinion, I went to different specialist who by looking at xrays stated, she can save my tooth. I told Dr. Britton about it and he challenged me that you will see, she won't be able to save the tooth. But she did and when I came back the next time, I told him his doc he reffered me to told me he will have to remove the tooth, so I was looking at getting new tooth, would have costed me so much where as other doc saved my tooth. He didn't even apologize or anything. He was surprised that she was able to save my tooth. Anyway, enough with these guys. You can not tell a customer who is just two mins late than your allowable time frame that you are going to charge and reschedule when they are literally pulling in your parking lot!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Britton's for over 20 years. His expertise gives me confidence in every procedure he performs. I know when I walk into the dental office that I will receive the very best care dentistry has to offer.

Very few people that I’d met inside of my mouth.

He's just the best. If you have to get a shot for numbing, you'll BARELY feel it. I have had my insurance change to something that he didn't accept, but I never stopped going to him. Just pay out of pocket. That's how much I trust this doctor. Been going to him for 20 years.

Dr. Britton and staff are always outstanding. My entire family goes here including my son with special needs. They are caring and also practical in suggestions and treatment options. I feel service is very high quality.

One of the best dentist I have been to in a long time. From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to everyone that assist Dr. Britton and Dr. Britton himself! Very friendly, easy to work with and never a long wait!

We love Dr. Britton! My entire family from my grandma to my kids have gone to him for years. He is the best. Very professional and pain free! I'm a big baby when it comes to dentists but I don't have to worry with his office. I've never felt a thing! I would recommend him without hesitation to all my friends.

Even though it’s a dentist, it’s always a pleasure going here. They’re friendly and professional. Dr. Britton and his staff let you know all your options, and give great advice on how to take care of your teeth between appointments. They focus on keeping it pain free, which is great. I can’t recommend them enough!

Small office—not a mega practice. I like the quaint, more personal feeling of an office. Nice guy, great personality, great staff.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my lifetime due to a lot of moving around in my past, but I really enjoyed this dental office for a lot of reasons. The decor was clean, cozy, and modern. I’ve been to many dentists in my 80-year lifetime and Dr. Britton is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He is superior in every way. I even look forward to going! His office staff also gets high marks. My hygienist, Angela, is remarkable.

Let’s be honest, nobody likes going to the dentist. For me, growing up my family only went to dentists when needed. After a few bad experiences as a kid and using military dentists for 9 years, I was apprehensive about ever finding a dentist I could trust. Due to bad genetics, improper hygiene habits leading to gum disease, and severe bruxism left my teeth in terrible shape. I needed some work done, did some research, and found Dr. Britton. Folks, this decision changed the entire way I view my dental health. Again, I’ve had some bad experiences before Dr. Britton. However, he’s done so much and it’s always a wonderful experience. He’s performed fillings, a root canal, and recently he even transformed my smile with cosmetic crowns. You wouldn’t believe the difference! The staff at his office is AMAZING! There's a feeling of total comfort that begins at the front desk. Dr. Britton does an excellent job of explaining your options so you would have a clear understanding. I got my teeth cleaned by Angela and didn't experience any soreness after the numbness went away..Thanks for a great all around experience. My husband and I visited Dr. Britton's office for the first time today and I would recommend anyone to come here! From when you walk in to the time you leave you are treated like family. The office is warm and inviting with calming essential oils in the air and the playlist was excellent and kept us calm. Dr. Britton completely makes you feel at ease and has a great sense of humor, him as well as his friendly staff keep you laughing! Yes at the dentist! We can honestly say we've found our family dentist now and we will be going back for routine work. We appreciate how though his office was pretty busy today, he made us feel as we were the only ones there. He also took his time working on my husband and didn't make us rushed. I'm a dentist myself, and I wouldn't have any other dentist as my personal dentist. I travel, as needed, over 130 miles and past hundreds of dental offices for Dr. Britton to see me. He does the best work, uses the newest & best materials and technology--and his team actually makes me envious!

Dr. Britton has been my dentist for over 10 years. He and his staff are the best! From when you walk in, get your teeth cleaned and then see Dr. Britton, the whole staff is super friendly and treat you like you are the only patient they have. The office is immaculate and Dr. Britton is very particular about how he treats your teeth. In fact, he did several crowns for me at least 10 years ago and I was at a health fair and a dentist there told me I had beautiful teeth. When I told him they were crowns, he was shocked. Asked me who did them. I told him and he said those were the best he had ever seen. If you have an emergency and they can possibly fit you in, they will do so. My family has been patients of Dr. Britton since his move to Arlington in '96. He is very thorough and has always had excellent staff to compliment his work. Very good dentist whom I would recommend.

Dr. Brian Britton and his supporting staff are consummate professionals. I was treated with the utmost care and courtesy. He is a master anesthesiologist. I didn't feel a thing. They really make you feel at home. I can't actually believe that I look forward to going to the dentist, but I do. I would recommend him to everyone!
