Let me start off by sharing the best news ever! I am officially 10 weeks pregnant…with TWINS!!!!! Dr. Acacio has made our dream come true! It didn’t come easy and not a quick process, but it happened!!! Finding an IVF doctor is incredibly intimidating and overwhelming, so I know these reviews are a helpful insight. You can tell his process is completely customized to you, not a one size fits all deal. Very promising. Personally, I couldn’t be happier to recommend Dr. Acacio and his wonderful team. My fiancé and I had been trying to conceive for 8 years. Thankfully I found Dr. Acacio and thought we’d give it a shot. We soon set up an appointment. It was the best first step, towards this incredible journey, we could’ve made. Not to mention, he has a great staff behind him. Both at his Laguna Niguel and Bakersfield location. Everyone is so professional, personable, and helpful with any questions or concerns. Without a doubt, I would recommend Dr. Acacio to anyone who would ask.

Dr. Brian Acacio is an excellent Doctor and his staff is wonderful. The offices are very clean and welcoming in Bakersfield and Laguna Niguel. Dr. Acacio is very knowledgeable and competent in what he does and will give you the best possible shot in success. To be clear though, it's really expensive. We felt misled in the total cost because we were told that affordable IVF clinics will nickle and dime you while Acacio's didn't and included everything in one package price. However, everything wasn't included in the package and the total cost ended up being over double of what we understood the price to be. To be fair though we did have to do two rounds. Luckily we had family that helped with the total cost. However, besides the cost I feel Dr. Acacio still earned a 5 star rating.

We are very fortunate to have service at Acacio Fertility Center. All staff members have atmost respect for patient care, knowledgeable and punctuality in the service. Dr. Acacio have turned our dreams into reality and the words are not enough to thanks and appreciate for all the efforts and hard work that Dr. Acacio and team put for us and make the miracle happen for us which we were waiting for long time. All the staff members are really helpful, knowledgeable and provide great service. The team made it possible for us for which we had really hard time in achieving success. The are well motivated, passionate, science driven and know and respect patients situation. We always felt like we are in family and all team members had treated so well. If you are having difficulty in your IVF cycle, RIF, need immune protocol, new patient looking for IVF, and other/or abnormalities then please don’t take extra time and immediately seek attention with the clinic.

Where do I begin? Dr. Acacio and his team in Bakersfield and Laguna Niguel are great! Very warm, welcoming and professional. Every single person in the Bakersfield office took the time to explain the process to my husband and I in detail. During this infertility journey, with the mix of emotions, they all made us feel right at home. Now I am pregnant with twins after IVF and we are so excited for this new chapter. I don’t know where we would be if it wasn’t for Dr. Acacio and his team. As a nurse employed by Dr. Brian Acasio, my opinion and experience is that he's narcissist and treated both his staff and wife with disrespect while working in the office. He was a salesman concerning the TX of his patients, and the flip side was cruelty towards his staff. Dr. Brian Acacio and his team are very professional . They guide you through the process with the ups and downs of going through the procedure. We are grateful to have Dr. Brian all through out this journey and now we are pregnant with twins. Would highly recommend Acacio clinic and Dr. Brian's expertise.

We came to Dr. Acacio midway through a rocky infertility journey. After one successful IVF pregnancy followed by multiple failed attempts at a second baby with another clinic (not in this area), we decided to start over with a new provider. We were immediately impressed by Dr. Acacio and his staff. Dr. Acacio went over our past history thoroughly and identified areas for further testing and changes to protocol unique to our situation. This was a welcome contrast to other doctors we had met who seemed to just put us on the same general pathway as all of their other patients, and/or "throw the kitchen sink" and recommend every possible fertility treatment, regardless of evidence or pertinence to our history. Dr. Acacio has also been compassionate and supportive, answering questions and providing much needed encouragement every step of the way. We are now delighted to be expecting our second child, and we can never thank Dr. Acacio and his staff enough.

Dr. Acacio and his staff are kind and thoughtful. During a long and vulnerable journey your met with compassion and understanding. We worked closely with the staff at Bakersfield for all our initial testing and cycle monitoring and traveled to Laguna Niguel for our egg retrievals and transfer. Thanks to Dr. Acacio, after 11 years of struggling with infertility and suffering through 3 miscarriages, my partner and I are finally going to be parents. Dr. Acacio was the first doctor to run additional tests and do the due diligence to get to the bottom of why I was having all of these problems. And now I'm going to be a mom, which are words I never thought I'd have the privilege of getting to say. Dr. Acacio is kind, patient and brilliant. I saw Dr. Acacio at his Laguna Niguel office and cannot say enough glowing things about him and his epic nursing staff. Dr. Acacio and his team were very understanding of our situation and worked tremendously efficient to accomplish our goals. Everyone on his team were on the same page and could provide quick answers to my wife and I when requested. Very responsive staff through email or phone call. Dr. Acacio went above and beyond to provide not only successful results, but also make sure my wife had a quick recovery. The office lab is much more advanced with highly developed technology. This was not our first IVF doctor and I Highly recommend to everyone.

Dr. Acacio and his staff are amazing. We have worked with them on and off for five years. He has always been supportive of our choices (trying naturally, taking a break, etc.) He is one of those doctors who actually listens to his patients and remembers things. We have one healthy boy and I am currently pregnant with twins, thanks to Dr. Acacio! Dr. Acacio is fantastic, but his staff is out of this world. I worked with them far more than I did Dr. A. (as is to be expected) and they will bend over backwards for you. They are so involved with all of the patients and deeply care about our well-being. Dr Acacio and team were very helpful through our infertility journey. We went through three egg retrieval procedures and it wasn’t always easy. They were sympathetic and understanding and answered all of my (many) questions.i greatly appreciated how prompt they were with appointments, and replying to emails.

Dr. Acacio and his team of nurses are great. The whole experience can be overwhelming and emotionally straining, but Dr. Acacio and his team were always there, ready to listen, and help. I cant say enough good things about him and his staff. It was a long process for us but it was all worth it, as we have twins on the way!!

Dr Acacio and all the amazing supporting staff made this whole process smooth and enjoyable. Everyone was kind supportive, and amazing. It was my second time going through this process and I highly recommend them to anyone needing help to start their family.

I have been seeing Dr. Acacio for 4 years. Infertility can be a long, difficult, and expensive journey, but I have always trusted his expertise and the competence of his staff. Within the first 5 minutes of my first consult, Dr. A suspected I had endometriosis, and subsequent surgery confirmed the diagnosis. But that was only the first step. We tried IUI and eventually moved on to IVF. I had two egg retrievals, and both my embryo transfers resulted in pregnancies. Sadly the first one ended in loss at 9 weeks (for which Dr. A also performed my D&C) but I am currently 12 weeks along with my second one. There is nothing but uncertainty in this whole journey but having a top-notch doctor and his staff make the process easier. My only wish is that they would have advised us sooner to stop IUI (no more than 2 attempts, in my opinion), so that we could have moved on to IVF where our time and money were better spent. Still I am happy with the clinic and never wanted to go anywhere else.

Dr. Acacio is very professional, takes time to listen, and actually responds to emails! He's reachable. His staff is AWESOME, especially Viridiana. I absolutely love her. She took great care of us and was very responsive to our needs. You can tell she cares and really enjoys her job. I had so many questions and she as well as Dr. Acacio were so patient with us. I recommend.

Such a blessing! We found Dr. Acacio by happenstance while on a travel contract in Bakersfield. I saw they were having an open house with free mini consultations and decided to make an appointment. Right from the beginning, he instilled confidence and compassion that put us at ease. During our consultation he was open and honest and gave realistic expectations. Dr Acacio is one of the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. He was meant to be in this profession. The way he communicates helps to put your biggest worries at ease. He empathizes with what you’re going through and he has this magical way of being able to explain what scientifically is going on but holistically helping you understand what you’re feeling. Furthermore, you won’t be able to find a staff quite like the one at Acacio Fertility Center. I think I’ve called and emailed over 50 times and never once did they make me feel like I was stepping out of place. Instead they answered all my questions patiently. Once I graduate from being an IVF patient to be with my OB/GYN, I’m going to miss being here and having them hold my hand through the whole process. I can’t think Dr Acacio or his whole team enough. They just graduated in my eyes to aunties and uncles.

I‘m to share my real experience. I’m 41 years old. Last year, I had Three Cycles of egg retrieval and embryo culture in Jan, May and Aug of 2019. In Each Cycle, I got about TEN eggs retrieved. Also, I feel almost no discomfort after each operation. After retrieval, the eggs were fertilized, hatched, frozen in the lab of AFC and sending to PGS test. And the results is I got TWO, ONE and TWO ‘normal’ blastocysts respectively in Each Cycle! Then in Dec 2019, Dr. Acacio performed the first embryo transplantation on surrogate mother. After a long wait of 14 days, we were told that we got a positive pregnancy test result! Yes, beyond expectation, We succeeded with only one embryo, at its first transfer!! It’s like a dream that I am going to be a new mother for the first time!!! I consider myself extremely fortunate to have met Dr. Acacio and team. There are too many moved memories during the process. I would love to extend my highest respect and gratitude to Dr. Acacio.

My husband and I cannot adequately express how much Dr. Acacio and his team mean to us. We struggled for many years to get pregnant and are now blessed with two beautiful children. Dr. Acacio and his staff are caring, compassionate, and go above and beyond what we could ever have expected. Our journey with Dr. Acacio and his staff has been a wonderful experience! We started with Dr. Acacio a few years ago with an egg harvest. This year with a successful IVF, we are so excited to meet our new baby boy. Dr. Acacio and his staff were so patient with our numerous questions. If you are looking for a physician who is extremely knowledgeable and clinical, who will provide for you reasoning based upon science and data then he's the right physician for you. We loved every bit of this experience, as we felt right at home with him and his staff. They take extremely good care of their patients and each visit felt extremely personalized, which you wouldn't get with other larger practices. His experience and knowledge should not be overlooked. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Dr Acacio’s clinic has been nothing but helpful. After years of infertility and many rounds of IVF and no pregnancy, his staff was always there to answer questions. Dr A has always been more than happy to take the time to explain information to us and has always made us feel comfortable. In a transition bof having a gestational carrier I became pregnant naturally and his team has continued to be there for my husband and I. They have went the extra mile to help me and my husband.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Acacio. It has been quite a journey for us so having Dr. Acacio’s expertise and knowledge has been most reassuring along the way. Everyone at Dr. Acacios office is extreme friendly, efficient, understanding and treated us amazing.

Staff was super friendly and helpful through the process. As confusing as cycles can be, staff was available to answer questions and offer guidance. The entire process we felt supported and educated by the office.

Dr Acacio made us a family, and we will be forever grateful. You could not ask for a better doctor and team. I will never entrust our fertility needs to anyone else.

I was very impressed with the Acacio Fertility Center. The staff and Doctor work like a well oiled machine to provide excellent care and service. They always call back the same day when a patient calls with questions. The fact that the Clinical Manager is available 24 hours a day is so comforting. I have never seen such a rude doctor in my entire life. We left after 3 min of sitting in his office for a consultation appointment. His opening line was: Stop seeing so many doctors and make a decision!. What type of doctor says that to a new patient? We were just shocked. He accused us of seeing 7 different infertility doctors before him which was not true. This doctor doesn't realize that you can do an HSG/SA in a facility by referral from your OBGYN doctor. We had the worst experience ever!
