Poor customer service, from receptionists. Poor bedside manner from doctors and med staff. Read this manager’s responses to the negative reviews. He’s belittling and avoids fault. Much like the interactions from the staff. Wrongful billing/coding on visit. Reluctantly, after arguing with receptionist the NP corrected the issue, but not with out the receptionist informimg me I was wrong. Not impressed. I've been to better dermatologist that provide better customer service. Try Dr Parker ******* You have violated my HIPAA rights here. You need to remove my personal info immediately. Your business practices are appalling. In the act of violating my rights- you have achieved the “last word” by letting me know I was in the wrong. Just as your receptionist had done. Read the reviews; the poor customer service of your staff is repetitive. ********************************************* There was never a conversation of hiring a lawyer. However, I do appreciate you removing your former comment and the expression of my personal appointment information AFTER I filed a complaint with Office of Civil Rights (OCR)

I have been going to Swinyer Woseth Dermatology for 25+ years and they have always treated me well. There has never been a long wait to get an appointment and they are most always on time. I have a reoccurring skin infection that isn’t life threatening but it’s a bother none the less. They have been treating me and suppressing the infection for those 25+ years. If there is a flare up I can call and they can usually get me in pretty quickly. I strongly recommend this office. You will not disappointed with any of the care providers in this office!

I loved how thorough Dr. Woseth has been with my mother and with me. They were super helpful in getting me the treatment that I needed. I highly recommend their practice.

I have been a patient for many years, beginning when it was Swinyer Dermatology and then Swinyer Woseth Dermatology. Always, I have had exceptional care.

I recently had a Mohs procedure with Dr. Yates and he (and his nurse) made the whole thing as painless as possible. Both were very friendly and willing to listen to my concerns or answer questions. I was especially impressed that after a couple yeara, Dr. Yates remembered who I was, what I did for work, and the last procedure I had done there. I'm sure he just reviewed my chart before coming into the room, but it was much appreciated and made me feel like he really cared.

Dr Brummer is amazing. So friendly and really listens to your worrries and concerns. She genuinely cares.

Doc Hadjicharalambous (Dr. Hadji) is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, kind and makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Brummer was the best. She took time explaining things and was friendly and knowledgeable. would highly recommend! Won't go anywhere else for Botox or skin treatments.

I am a long-time patient of Doctor(s) Woseth and Hadji. You will not find more caring, professional care providers anywhere. I have been to other dermatologists and have been completely dissatisfied. One "doctor" I went to carried the "Can of Pain" around with him all the time and would burn, freeze, or cut something off of you every time you went in, even just to pay your bill :). Doctor Woseth and Hadji are simply the best dermatologists out there, in my opinion. As you would expect from being the best, they book up quickly, so if you want the absolute finest care you can get, make an appointment now.

We met with the Dr promptly and he answered all our many questions. We’ve tried many things for my daughter’s acne (otc, pediatrian rx, etc) and so far his plan for care has been exceedingly the best course of action. If it isn’t long term, he’s also given us a plan B to review at follow up. Highly recommend Swinyer-Woseth.

They were flexible about my appointment - life happens! And once I got there the professionalism was amazing. Everyone from the MA's to MOHS surgeon communicated clearly and made me comfortable and calm. It was a great experience and I can't recommend them highly enough. Dr. Yates was the MOHS surgeon and he was wonderful. Dr. Brummer was the dermatologist that performed the biopsy and she is proactive and a gifted doctor. Grateful to both! This is definitely my new dermatologist office and Dr. Brummer is my doctor!

Each visit appointment was on time. I was met with a friendly nurse who escorted me to the room my doctor would see me in. They were friendly and professional went right to work on the problem that I was having. All in all, very good experiences..!

Excellent physician! I visited Dr. Yates for Mohs surgery on my upper lip. Surgery went beautifully with a scar so small that I can barely find it. Dr. Yates caring and professional bedside manor put me totally at ease during the entire process. He took time to answer all of my questions and during the surgery kept me informed each step along the way what he was doing and what to expect. Their office staff is equally as caring and competent. Highly recommend Dr. Yates.

I had some red moles removed via laser with Dr. Yates. It was a very easy and pain free experience. He was friendly and the appointment was quick and professional. I would recommend this doctor to a friend, and also visit him for future issues.
