Totally mis-diagnosed my sons urinary track medical issue as a child and my son is still paying the price at 31. Not sure how that happened especially after seeing Dr. snow from an infant to 16 years old. Truly disappointed

Dr snow did my son's surgery when he was 6 months old and he was amazing. Great bed side manner, he even changed my son's diaper when he messed it while being examined. I was so nervous before the surgery and he was so patient and helpful. He came highly recommended by my pediatrician who said he was the only urologist he would take his own kid too and we were not disappointed. He was amazing. My son was very shy & nervous about the procedure he needed done. Dr. Snow was so good with him. Talked directly to my son in a way a 11yr old would understand even had my son who was in tears walking into the appointment smiling & laughing. I would recommend Dr. Snow with the highest of respect!

WAS NOT HAPPY with this doctor or the office staff!!! This was a TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME! The receptionist is TURTLE SLOW!!! Waited 30 minutes on the phone on hold to get through to make an appointment - that should have been my first red flag. Next, the receptionist told us she would be right with us to check us in. 25 minutes later, she finally checked us in - 30 minutes after our appointment time. 2nd red flag. Third - the doctor had HORRIBLE bed side manners. Didn't know what to tell us about our son - said to go to a sports injury doctor that deals with the athletes up at the U. WHAT??? Couldn't give us any direction on what to do with his hernia, wouldn't do any imaging because he claims it is unreliable. So my son still has a hernia and we are suppose to find some doctor that deals with the athletes up at the U for my kid???? DO NOT GO TO THIS DOC for hernias!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!! He did my sons surgery and was efficient and explained what would be expected with the surgery. After, he explained how it went and asked if I had any concerns. I was grateful foe the seperate information paper he gave me on caring for the incision.

The receptionist - TURTLE SLOW. The doc - horrible bed side manners. We left his office more confused than ever. He knew the problem, but was so scattered on his information - would say one thing, then another - he really could not figure out the problem. Was a waste of my TIME and MONEY. Now I have to go pay to see another doc that can diagnose the problem and who is competent. NOT PLEASED. Don't go here if you have a 16 year old. He was not sensitive at all with privacy.

He was excellent at explaining everything prior to surgery, after the surgery and after care as well as what to expect as our daughter grew. Fast forward 13.5 years and he was spot on with her scar placement!

Dr. Snow operated on my daughter at Primary Children's Hospital. I felt like he explained things to us well and did a great job. Since this is a university setting and a teaching hospital, I knew the residents would be involved with the surgery the aftercare, and they were great too.

Do not let this Dr. work on your kids. He doesn't do the surgeries. He lets the residents practice on your kids.
