My college football career was cut short by a supposed “career ending injury”, but after 14 hours of surgery with Dr. Bauer I am playing in the NFL.

Visited Dr. Bauer today and would like to report that I had an excellent first visit . Found the whole staff especially Dr. Bauer to be very professional and proficient! Told him I played guitar and he made me feel like he did his best to make sure my wrist bones were lined properly while he and his assistant re-casted my wrist they were both very cautious and the cast looked and felt much better it actually looks and feels perfect! Went to this doctor to get treatment for a fractured hand. First visit he did not have the correct size wrap for the cast. After redoing my cast three times I was informed that my hand was not completely straight and that this was due to their lack of the correct cast. After two weeks I returned to get a brace only to learn that this office also lacked braces for hands. Their excuse was that this is a express care and not a fully equipped orthopedic office. I broke my leg and he did my surgery and now I can dunk

I saw Dr Bauer at Providence after his partner Dr Benham requested his assistance with my hip fracture which had previously been repaired at S& W Baylor Hillcrest March 5, 2019. He used cadaver bone to secure the screws. My experience with Dr Bauer was great. He knows what he is doing and that matters above anything else to me.

Bailed on his patients and left town when he and his business partner closed their practice. Left me high and dry.

When I contact Dr. Bauer's office after my primary doctor did not take my shoulder concerns seriously, I was scheduled for an appointment the next business day (that is, despite not having a referral). The staff was friendly, professional and positive. Dr. Bauer was professional and was able to quickly (and gently!) assess my injury and suggest alternatives for my care, looking for my input on how invasive/conservative an approach I was more comfortable taking. I'm glad I chose Dr. Bauer.

I had a terrible experience here. the nurses would not listen to me when I spoke, they blatantly dismissed my main symptoms, and they COMPLETELY dismissed me and my chronic illnesses and blamed it all on my age and ignored me! I did not even get to see the doctor, the nurse did not even have my appointment written down correctly, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office, I will NOT be returning here ever again.

Is it an excellent doctor he safe my life and I am not to good on English...but whit all my heart ..hope God blessed hem all his life and his hand be there to safe more people.....God bless you and you family....bety Serrano from spring tx.
