This was my first visit and I was so impressed by the attentive, friendly and knowledgeable care I received from Dr. Cross and her staff. Dr. Cross listens; she explains everything thoroughly and provides treatment options. I highly recommend Dr. Brandy Cross.

Dr.cross is awesome

Probably the best hand doctor, if not than the coolest and most personable doctor I've ever seen.

If you have a hand problem, she is very qualified. Just the high ratings she receives from patients.

Dr. Cros is the best. She treats you like family. She really explains things well. I'm glad I chose her when I broke my hand.

Dr. Cross was knowledgeable professional and really personable. She helped me understand my wrist pain and the process to help my wrist return back to normal.

Dr Cross is very compassionate, caring, professional and knowledgeable. She is a perfectionist which is a necessity in what she does. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr Cross is wonderful. I trust her completely. As well as being a excellent surgeon she is also very caring and easy to talk to.

Dr Cross and her staff did an excellent job diagnosing and treating my fractured scaphoid bone in my left hand. I would highly recommend her and her department to anyone using Wellstar East Cobb Health Park.

Dr. Cross (Brandy) is nothing short of awesome / amazing. My wife (Terri) had a heavy piece of furniture fall on her 4/25/19 and she fractured her hand in 4 places, with her thumb being shattered and needing complete reconstruction. Upon her 1st visit, Brandy examined her hand she was IMMEDIATELY scheduled for surgery....it was performed 2 days later (5 1/2 hours long). Terri has plates and screws inserted to repair the 3 "clean breaks" and her thumb was pretty much built up from scratch....totally reconstructed. To make a long story short, just over 2 months out of surgery, Terri's hand is healing at a record pace. She is no longer in pain and is regaining full use of all of her fingers...something we thought that was impossible before the surgery. We just had our 2nd post op visit yesterday and everything that Brandy repaired has healed correctly and amazingly fast. If you'd have seen Terri's hand when she injured it you would have thought she was going to lose it...it was that bad. If you ever need a Hand Specialist / Surgeon, save yourself some time / aggravation and get to Brandy 1st...her enthusiasm, knowledge, skill / ability, caring and compassion are 2nd to NONE....we we're blessed when we were referred to her and she agreed to help Terri.....ABSOLUTELY BLESSED!!!!!! Plus, she explained everything to us in terms we understood and left us with no questions about what had occurred to her bones, what she could do to fix it and also what Terri should expect / needed to do in the future to make sure she regained use of her hand again. She actually gave Terri a couple options of what she could do to repair the breaks when she operated....plates / screws or wires...she left it up to Terri.....Brandy was ready to go with either option she chose (Terri chose plates / screws). The entire staff Dr. Cross has surrounded herself with also says great deal about her and her approach to providing great care for her patients. Everyone in her practice is AWESOME....extremely competent, professional, knowledgeable, caring and very, very friendly.....she's done very well to support her and her practice with the best people around. Yesterday was our last appointment (unless Terri runs into an unforeseen problem) and we're actually going to miss going back and seeing everyone....a not so good situation for us wound up turning into a very pleasant experience.....go figure. Dr. Cross and her staff are nothing less than wonderful. Time is taken to listen to patients. Diagnosis and treatment options are well explained. I would definitely recommend her office to those who have any hand/wrist problems. 5 Stars all the way!

Dr. Cross is a god send. My wife (61 years old) had a fall and broke 5 bones on her hand. The ER referred her and the morning after we went home from the ER Dr. Cross's office called us BEFORE I called them. They saw my wife's X-rays and knew of the severity of her hand. We were scheduled for the next day and when we met with her, she spent A LOT of time with my wife (examining / explaining to her / casting her hand) and scheduled surgery for 2 days after......She even moved a scheduled surgery up so she could get my wife in. The Surgery was over 5 hours (closer to 6) and Dr. cross came into the waiting room after, spent a lot of time with me explaining what she had done and what needed to be done going forward. She referred us to a hand therapist who didn't have an appointment until 10 days later....Dr. Cross contacted them and told them she needed to be seen sooner (we have an appointment tomorrow). She is very caring, personable and professional....you can't go wrong with Brandy
