Dr. Brandon Jeffrey Hayes

Top notch. Thorough. I can tell he knows his stuff.

Dr. Hayes listened to my problems I was experiencing with my foot and went over the x-rays with me. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. His office staff are very nice and they always answer my phone calls/messages that same day. Would definitely recommend him.

Went to see Dr. Hayes as he was referred to me by my PCP. Before I even saw him, many X-rays were taken. I totally understand this IF they would have been reviewed and discussed. Dr. Hayes didn't look at these X-rays, not even once. No discussion about them at all. He didn't offer any advice to help with my condition except to take a prescription drug. I received more information and relief from a podiatrist. It appeared to me that unless there was some chance of surgery he didn't care.

He doesn't listen to complex foot problems. He likes to overlook them and just say lets just go with where the pain is most. He could focus more on just getting all the bones fixed in a foot rather than one small area at a time.

I came to Dr. Hayes with severe ankle pain. After getting an array of X-Rays and a MRI, Dr. Hayes concluded that surgery was a possibility. He told me that although his specialty was foot and ankle surgery, that surgery was not his first line of treatment. I ended up going to physical therapy and strengthening the joint. I had surgery 3.5 months ago and am doing remarkably well. Dr. Hayes is a fantastic surgeon with an aptitude for preciseness. My incision was even stitched with care!

Dr. Hayes took the time to explain my diagnosis to both myself and my family. He was caring and compassionate. Surgery went fantastic and I had very little pain afterwards. I cannot thank him enough. He is the only reason I am walking today.

What a wonderful and caring doctor. We are so lucky to have such a bright surgeon from Harvard here in the Midwest. I could not recommend anyone more highly.
