Could not ask For a better physician him and his staff was amazing during my surgery, I feel very confident in his Professionalism, I would recommend him highly.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in 2017 and received the best care from Dr. Bruce! He repaired my shattered femur and an additional surgery was required in 2018. Once again, Dr. Bruce was awesome! I am now walking normal with no pain. Dr. Bruce is the best!

Unbelievable RUDE and most uncaring office, ever. Horrible experience! Unclean, OLD smelly office.

From the hospital to my follow up visits following surgery, I received nothing but the highest quality of care from Dr. Bruce and his staff. Dr. Bruce took the time to discuss any questions or concerns that I had, and while I was in the hospital pain control was of the utmost concern to him. I have the highest regard for him and his staff and would highly recommend his services!

You don't get to speak to a person when you call their office and they don't return calls either. My daughter was in alot of pain and tried to get in touch with the dr for two days. My husband had to go to their office to speak to a person . And little good that did. The office couldn't help either. And still none called. So we had to take her back to the emergency room. When all they had to do was tell us what to do to ease her pain.

Horrible patient care... Herzog has ZERO bedside manners! They do not listen nor care if patient is in pain. Most heartless doctors office and staff ever encountered.

Nurse is uncaring. Rolls her eyes when you ask question. Rude. And Dr refuses to numb patients to remove pins. Told me it feels like a stit being removed. NOT!!! I hope the screams from your patients haunt you and your bad nurse at night.

This doctor REFUSES to give numbing medications prior to pin removal. It hurts horribly and not any of the doctors or staff seem to care. They said he would not hurt. Thru my screams, and agony, they continued. I fired him on the spot.

My surgery went great! I am on my way to a full recovery with a two year physical therapy routine. I am surprised to be up and walking normally one year in after shattering my ankle and fracturing two other bones. Thank you Dr. BRUCE!

He has helped me come a long ways. When I first saw him my ankle had been broken for 7 weeks no surgery mo real cast. A couple of months later I have a air cast and I walking. Idk what would have happened without his patients and expertise. Thanks for your commitment and dedication to your patience..
