Dr. Bradley Allen Urie

I have been with Dr. Urie for more than 10 years. He has helped me with many health issues. The staff is extremely caring with a warm environment. Dr. Urie listens to you and takes his time with me, never rushing appointments. I appreciate his family atmosphere. Thank you for all of your loving care.

I could not have found a better doctor for my pain management. Dr Urie has been great for me: he even came to my house with his nurse for a home visit! What doctors do that nowadays?!? He's been very responsive to my needs, and he really listens to me when I speak with him.

My husband has been seeing dr. Urie for about a year and what a blessing he and his staff have been. We finally got a diagnosis for my husbands 10+year battle with severe pain that was causing a complete inability to even so much as go for a short walk or hold anything in either hand. We have seen SO MANY doctors and specialists and had what we believe to be at least 4 unnecessary major surgeries as well as being misdiagnosed with blood cancer and 6 weeks of treatment at the huntsman cancer institute before being told "actually you dont have blood cancer" finding Dr Urie has been truly amazing. He has given my husband back some quality of life and is still working to make it even better for my husnands day to day life. I genuinely feel like the bad reviews i have read on dr Urie are just angry people that didnt get prescribed the drugs they wanted. Dr. Urie is a pain specialist but that doesn't mean hes going to give you pain medication. HE'S A DOCTOR NOT A DRUG DEALER" thanks PPM!!!

Dr.Bradley Urie is bar none one of the best doctor I have been lucky to help me with my medical issues. He is most caring and you feel that you truly are in the best hands anyone could wish. This family needed money so badly he attempted to use his scam on me he sent me a bill when I never even spoke with him or had been to his office. When i called on the bill, they transferred me to his wife, then eventually to Mr Urie who offered me money to come in and allow them to write a prescription, then bring the medication back into him to sell to patients under the table, and use himself. I immediately reported his activity to the police. They were very aware of the scam he is running and I was told that he was being looked at and was not the first that he had done this with. The police warned me he would attempt to send me to collections if i would not bring in medication. Luckily they intervened. He did in fact do as he stated, and the authorities said he would... and send this account to collections. The collections company was aware of this scam and working with the authorities. Be warned that if you get a bill from him that the above is what will he will attempt with you. Rest assured all parties involved are more then willing to help luckily. This office tried to pull the same insurance scam on me that is described below... I had to meet a rep for my back stem to be reset; and they suggested Brads office. I went there to meet Medtronic; and he tried to charge me for a visit that never occurred. I just found it humorous and puerile that this was done. I also had to contact insurance and police as mentioned below; as he went as far as to send me to collections for a $90 visit that never even happened. Be careful here; I can not speak to his care as a patient..just the scam artist. However, if i needed a pain management Dr I would NEVER choose this simpleton. One only needs to look at his "healthgrades" reviews and others. There are dozens of reviews that attest to Brads ineptitude and inadequacy. An average of 2.7 out of 5. Who wants to really see a "supposed" Dr. that has a "F" rating and could not get into medical school in the US. Dr. Urie was nice but during the exam hurt me so badly I didn’t walk for 4 days. I ended up going to another doctor who helped so much. The woman who called me back to discuss the situation was extremely rude and nasty. I have done so much work in and out of the medical field and have dealt with nasty people so I try my best to be pleasant while did finding solutions or even explaining there is nothing to be done. I have been going to Dr Bradley for over a year I find him to be a good Dr. He's understanding and very professional along with his wife and staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been coming here since March. I love Dr. Urie and his Wife Sandra and everyone else in the office. I have been to many doctors and they have all made me feel like a bad person or a pill seeker. So yes at first I was worried that again I would not be heard. But to my amazement that did not happen. Both I and my husband see him. They always schedule us together. During covid-19 we lost our jobs. No money to pay for our visits they never turned us away. Dr. Urie and Sandra are both very good, understanding, caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this Doctor to anyone struggling with pain and never being taken seriously by many other doctors. insurance scam artist. runs a tanning salon with a pain mgmt. clinic out of the back...make up your own mind here. did not go to a US med School, under investigation, insurance fraud, medication fraud, and works out of a tanning parlor …REALLY. he refused to see my husband and i because we are gay. this man is the scum at the bottom of a unflushed toiled

would not see my wife when her tendons ripped off her foot. he told her she had a sprained ankle and to leave. he would not see a patient with a ankle issue for some reason...but he did try to bill us, and now i am fighting that. I had to send the insurance a voice recording of him saying he would not treat me. I'm glad I read the reviews before I want in to have my voice recorder running

I brought my wife in to this strip mall after being refer by my doctor. he gave me a few choices for pain management, as we had exhausted what tanner clinic could offer. Dumb me, I picked the one closest to my home. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS MAN. EVERYTHING IN THE REVIEWS FROM WHAT I COULD SEE IS TRUE. I had no idea the type of individual this person was until we got there. needless to say the service was horrid. Apparently this is a Dr's office, and tanning salon. we were definitely on the back burner of what was important to them, as they saw 8 tanning patients before the even called in my wife. When we went back the office was filthily, he did not wash his hands, and had a rancid odor. For some reason, without even looking at my wife, or having her remover her shoe, he giggled and said , "I don't treat sprained ankles". We politely left and went to the U pain center that had to reattach a tendon on top of her foot and manage her pain for 3 weeks. the interesting part...just like many of the other reviews we received a bill for $3800 after insurance had already paid him $600 to walk in a room and say, sorry i cant treat a sprained ankle". WOW he really did Scam our insurance after not seeing us, and is now trying to collect from us. after all that he himself got on the phone and demanded his $3800 and wham I refused to pay because he refused to see us, he said "I knew you were not a Mormon. im sending you to collection." what in the world does my religion have to do with him not taring me and demanding money. Sir I don't know your faith, but whatever it is, I hope you believe in karma. You are a very rude, and dishonest individual.

Mr Urie ran an insurance scam. beware of this person, as i never even met him and had to file a police report for fraudulent billing. Not sure how this man is in business. Insurance has filed a police report along with me. Then he went after my wife. He looks up names in the phone-book to randomly bill

I broke my back in 2005 I have seen two doctors for pain management. This experience was horrible to say the least iI went to the hospital with a twisted knee that was swollen the size of a basketball they pulled 150 cc off my knee gave me a prescription for 12 quick acting pain pills I called asked if it was ok to get was told yes went to next appt paid 125 dollars to be seen and he then told me to leave he was no longer going to see me he is a thief plan and simple office is bad DO NOT GO THERE I broke my back in 2005 I have seen two doctors for pain management. Dr. Urie is a godsend! He has been a great doctor for my daughter and I. The staff is wonderful! I would highly recommend Dr. Urie!

this guy is a rip off artist...never even talked with me, or went to an appointment and i got a bill from his office

I have never been treated so badly in my life. With Dr Urie manipulating my body with much force causing me to scream out with tears of pain only to have him say " you will not scream out in my office" " you will need to reschedule when you can let me examine you without you screaming". I felt like a child. He took it upon himself to use such force on my spine and bad leg. I asked him " Why do you have to hurt me so bad"? He said to find out what the problem is so he can treat it. A real doctor knows if a patient has had trauma due to many car accidents, they would look at xrays or order new xrays only because more pushing and pulling can cause paralysis or more harm. This is the worst doctor I have ever met, with no compassion for humans. He made me cry twice.

If you want to become addicted to pain medication this is the doctor for you. I highly recommend you continue your search.

I have been dealing with major surgeries, lower back, and lower extremity nerve pain for many years. Starting after my second pregnancy. I felt as though my level of pain was being dismissed a lot by other providers due to my younger age. All I wanted was my life back without the misery of constant pain. I wanted to play with my small children and enjoy outdoor sports again without paying for it each time with tears. Dr.Urie listened to me from day 1. He had compassion and a game plan for me right away. I have not had this much relief EVER before. He is helping me get my life back and I can’t thank him enough. Dr. Urie and his wife/receptionist are Medicare and billing scam artists!!!!

I didn't feel like he listened to me. He kept telling me my spine issues were just tense muscles until he received my MRI report. Then he started to pay more attention. I know what I'm talking about. Also, he won't give you anything for breakthrough pain. He says it's too addictive. It's all addictive!!! I wasn't happy with his approach to my current Spinal issues. I wanted a doctor who listens to me, I know my body better than anyone else. I also want to feel like I'm in good hands. I didn't feel like he listened to me. I have been treated by Dr Urie for about 4 years and have been very happy with the care I've received. The staff are personable and efficient. Dr Urie asks me questions and LISTENS to the answers. I'm so glad he is part of my health care team.

After just 4 weeks of being seen, the Doctor (Not his receptionist), calls me about my insurance not paying $30. As most Doctors know, insurance processes take time. Also, this Doctor will charge you personally for drug screening and also send it off to a 3rd party lab where the try to squeeze thousands out of your insurance company. This particular lab isn't even on my preferred provider list (only the Doctor is), and the Doctors office seems to think it's fine to go through their own lab even

It was the worst experience,I was told not to go there by another doctor because he hated medicine the field he's in,took a chance anyways,the doctor was absolutely rude and no bedside manners. I should have listened. If you don't like what field your in then find a different career.

Dr. Uriel is very personable and works tirelessly to help manage pain issues.

I visited Dr. Urie several times before moving to Indiana. The atmosphere in his office and his personality make you feel "at home". He is very thorough and professional. Do not think you can fool him with what you have been using.

I have been treated by Dr. Urie for about 5 years and his treatment for me has been of the highest quality. He is very through at each visit. his treatment has included prescriptions and anesthetic injections. his office equipment is of the highest quality. I would recommend his care to anyone who needs help with pain management.

I have been seeing Dr Urie for about 4 to 5 yrs. And I always feel very cared for in his office. I am always greeted by name. I lost my husband about a year and a half ago and he always asks if I am doing okay and ready to help in any way he can regarding the loss. The other Doctors I have seen for pain management can only greet me by name if they look down at the chart in their hands. I love the professionalism in his office by everyone and yet also being made to feel like one of their own. Just a heads up for those that may read this. Dr Urie is NOT a pill mill., he genuinely takes pain management seriously and if you don't and just want pills shoved at you. You will not find that here. Dr. Urie has been a blessing to my life. I saw multiple Dr's before seeing him who all they wanted to do was push Prescriptions on me. He has been able to find a solution to help me become pain free without having to take meds on a daily basis. I would recommend him to anyone and EVERYONE that I know that has any sort of pain problems. He is ALWAYS so courteous and professional as is his staff and so caring about his patients.

Very attentive with concerns, knowledgeable about insurance requirements before moving on to the next treatment if the one you're on is not working, personable and a hoot. Staff is also friendly and attentive. For $10 you can use his full body message chair by calling ahead or walk-in. He performs injections in office no need to go elsewhere. Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome in treated in office with sympathetic blocks done on site.

His ways are the best and only ways that he is willing to treat you. He uses a lot of I don't believe in treating that way, or I don't believe in that treatment option, therefore I don't offer it to my patients.
