I wish I could rate him higher. First, the good news. The office was wonderful in getting my daughter in quickly and the office staff is lovely and knowledgeable. Almost no wait time, which is a nice change. However, the doctor did not listen to me. When no actual diagnosis could be determined, he REFUSED to run some specific blood tests I requested, which I don't understand. It is MY child, who is in constant pain. It is also my insurance and my money to spend. Whether he thought I was on to something or not, he should take parent instinct into consideration. Or at the very least, humor the parent. Seriously, what is to him to agree to run "unnecessary" blood tests. If nothing else, it would rule out other possibilities. A doctor I cannot partner with is not a doctor I wish to continue a relationship with. He is undoubtedly knowledgeable, but living with my child provides valuable insight. Doctors are not all knowing.

Amazing doctor and staff! I had seen several doctors for over a year for my 1.5 year old. We had been passed off, dismissed, or never truly heard. I felt like we were just a number and was losing faith in the system. From the first call to the office Stephanie made me feel like we were important. Upon meeting her and Dr. Ornstein they were exactly who my daughter needed on her side. Bed side manner is amazing and he will actually listen to you. They follow up with you and follow through

Having a child with a disease is hard. But when you have a partner like Dr. Ornstein, it's manageable. He truly listens, cares, and knows his stuff. He never dictates, it is a decision we make together. My daughter trusts him and so do I. We're very glad to have him as our provider. We love Stephanie is his office, too. Always remembers us (even when we saw her once out in public). Can't recommend higher.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Returns calls in a timely manner . Dr. ornstein does a great job with explanations and puting you at ease.

We searched for answers for 5-6 years for my daughter. Nothing made sense and all tests came back normal. Dr. Ornstein was intrigued and was determined to find us an answer. He did, and my daughter is so comfortable seeing him! Great DR!!
