Dr Eames is very nice and I like having him as my pain management physician following a car accident. Staff - not so nice. One person told me my appointment was a day earlier than the true appointment date and acted as if I was the stupid patient who could not remember when the appointment was actually scheduled. They didn't let me in Mensa because I was stupid. Still waiting to hear from practice manager about this mess. Not the fault of Dr. Eames - he deserves 5 stars, but Foundation Physician Group staff gets zero stars for patient disrespect, poor communication skills, and destruction of my trust in this medical practice.
