Dr. Noble is very knowledgeable in the area of pain management. Wait time is like any other doctors office but I'm usually in and out within 1 hour.

Not good, still have the worst back pain ever and cannot figure out why I have to wait for months to see him again and his side kick's told me the symptoms I would have but never any and I never did feel any injection. There saying I have to do a telemed follow up.

Dr. Noble is a Wonderful Doctor, he knows exactly where to place the medication.

I am a 68 year old woman that was born with double scoliosis. Since I was 14 years old, I have wished that someone could fix my back. I can now do chores at home without being incompacitated for several weeks and I can stand up to brush my teeth. Dr. Noble and his staff are very professional and understanding. They do what they can to make sure your not in pain and accommodate you the best they can!

Dr. Noble is very professional at what he does and is very straight forward. Him and his office staff are very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. They will do everything possible to accommodate your needs

I have had multiple surgeries on my back. I had not had a written RX for pain medication except 1 weeks worth in a year. I always have pain. But I was getting by. After a bad MVA 5-5-21, the back pain is as painful as it ever was. Dr Noble totally listened to me and I believe he has a plan to help me. I look forward to working with him as well as his staff. The most important thing in this entire review is, He listened to me.

Someone overbooked appointments. We waited in the parking lot for over two hours to get treatment for our mother.

A friend asked me to be the driver for her appointment with Noble. I believe she is happy with the medical care she receives there. However I am beyond angry over Noble’s lack of consideration for patients and drivers. For reasons known only to Noble, it was necessary for us, and about 8 other patients, to sit in vehicles in the sun (heat index 98F) for almost the entire duration of each appointment. For us this was 2 hours. Staffers braved the sun and heat to present forms to be filled out, take blood pressure and temperatures, all of the basic procedures. The senior citizens ran vehicle A/C the whole time to avoid heat stroke! If this is Noble’s way of “keeping safe from COVID”, I could refer them to many other medical and dental clinics who do a better job of that. Substituting death by heatstroke is hardly an improvement over COVID. An additional “bonus” is that for me, not a member of the friend’s household or “bubble”, the support offered was to drive a round-trip total of 1.5 hours to a drop off/pickup appointment, masked but not distanced. Instead, this wound up over 4 hours elbow to elbow, mostly masked (to allow for drinking water). Not good news for two elderly women with multiple health conditions!!! Dr. Noble never spent more than 10 mins with me. I waited over 2 hours for my first appointment and he barely spoke to me. He then tried to diagnose why I was in pain but if he took the time to actually listen, he would've known my condition. I saw him again in case he was having an off day and he accused me of being stressed when I corrected him. That time he only saw me for 5 mins. Dr. Noble performed a MILD procedure for my wife. And now after 10 years of using an implanted TENS she feels less pain, less muscle weakness, and so far zero spasms than any time in the past 15 years. It's kinda miraculous. At least for us.

As a person with an invisible disease, it is very, very hard to find someone who will not just believe you but also fight for you. I have been lucky enough to find a not only a neuro but also a pain dr (and they were on the same street!). Dr. Noble and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and complete angels. I have been doctoring with Dr. Noble for several years after being diagnosed with full-blown Fibromyalgia as well as Degenerative Disc Disease and bulging discs up and down my spine. I have never had any complaints with my treatments and recently had Dr Noble perform a MILD (Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression) procedure on my lower back to remove the built-up arthritis L4 & L5 vertebra. I am now standing and walking more erect than I have in several years! He did wonders for my back! I know with this CoVID-19 situation that We Are All having to make concessions for and that it is quite a pain. He's been my pain management doctor for years now. I can not express what a caring and genuinely nice person he is. He's warm and connects to his patients, he has a wonderful sense of humour. I have family members who see him now. A major plus is that his staff is always wonderful.

Dr. Bradford Noble is amazing. He is a very patient, kind, and knowledgeable doctor. He has helped my back pain so much. He has taken me from a bending over trying to make it through grocery shopping at Walmart to almost sprinting straight up right. He is absolutely wonderful. Dr Noble may indeed be a very good pain management doctor, but there is a real problem with scheduling of appointments. We took my 96 year old mother to a follow up appointment she has had scheduled for 3 months. We waited in our car in the parking lot for 3 HOURS for him to see her and give her a steroid injection. There were 17 other vehicles waiting in the parking lot at the same exact time!! This is inexcusable.

Wonderful doctor. I have required a pain management provider for a few years now, Dr. Noble is my third. I can't say enough good things. His office was incredibly organized and professional. I just moved to Columbia and needed to find a Dr. Prior to moving to the state. His office helped me get everything organized. As a new patient in a busy practice he was able to spend a long time with me discussing my issues, options and why things I have done in the past may not have worked. His approach is conservative yet thoughtful and effective, clearly unwilling to reccomend procedures/meds just to raise my billings as I had been given what appears to be contraindicated procedures by my past provider he explained why this wasn't a good idea which helped me to better understand my care.My nurses Jen and Silvia (I believe were there names) were attentive and took detailed notes of my bevvy of issues. The most compassionate care I've received in pain management. Very glad I found them.

My experience with Dr. Noble and his assistant was exceptional. They both we very thorough gathering information prior to the procedure. A person does not realize what great care is till you receive it yourself. We are blessed to have his practice here close by.

It took four months for a consultation. He said I can not give you what your other doctor has you on, even though it was only 90 mg. He said he was on the opiate task Force at Jeff City. I was forced tapered while still at Rusk Rehabilitation Center and they force retired my doctor at 15 years who is always been held in high regard. The telehealth visit was real easy to use and much quicker than sitting in the waiting room. Saves on the travel time as well. I would recommend telehealth visits to anyone who has transportation problems.

I have struggled with chronic back pain for 30+ years, and have had issues with alcohol and substance use in the past, trying to self-medicate for pain. After seeing several different pain specialists, and becoming dependent on high doses of prescribed opioids, I came to Dr. Noble for a morphine pump implant. We did everything right, but it became infected and had to be removed. He now provides a course of epidural steroid injections, and we plan to do a minimally-invasive surgery to fix the problem, not just treat the symptom. Although I do still take some pain medicine (much less!) to help control the pain, I have discovered that "Less is More" when prescribed/taken properly. Thank you, Dr. Noble, for all of your help!

Everyone is happy and friendly and we are so thrilled we found Dr. Noble. At the other pain clinic, we were charged a doctor fee and a hospital fee, and with Dr. Noble, just a doctor fee. He is understanding, and takes time to really talk to the patients and find a way to help them! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Rude and unprofessional staff

Was there with my husband and was just wanting to ask a question but he got up like i was not there. So i got up to walk out a d i opened up the door to leave and he tried to close the door so i could not go. I said to him do not ty and jeep me in her and i pulled the door back open and qalked out

This guy has absolutely NO dedication to his patients or staff. He jumped ship in a VERY unprofessional way to start his private practice. I wouldn't recommend this clown to my worst enemy.

First visit I was cut from former pcp dose of 8 pain pills per day down to merely 3. I have DDD, FMS, 2 internal shunts for IIH, PTSD, bulging discs, arachnoiditis, over 27 spinal, heart, brain amd abdominal surgeries. First appt did trigger point injections , which seemed to help a bit. Second visit spinal epidural shot , caused excruciating pain for weeks after. Third visit I eas bawling and told him I did not want another steriod epidural shot, caused me more pain for weeks, did not help at all. Dr Noble insisted we will keep doing the shots and hopefully I will eventually get some relief. Did the next shot, felt like he injected acid into my dural space, shot pains and cramps down both legs. I was bawling, shaking in severe pain. They took me back to recovery and the nurse took my blood pressure. Then says to me, "Your blood pressure is the same as it was when you got here" needless to say she was incorrect, used the wrong size cuff. Insinuated I was faking being in such bad pain. I told her I just wanted to leave and go home. Broke out in a rash all over my neck and chest next morning. Called my neurosurgeon telling him what had been happening & he said do not let them inject you w anything else. I have not been treated so inhumanely by Drs ever. My wishes and concerns about doing the injections while having two internal shunts in my brain, heart and spine, all going to my spine, were dismissed flippantly and I was treated so horribly. I now go w/o pain meds because of the treatments I was subjected to by Columbia Pain clinic. I felt like merely a number, and a paycheck. My concerns were dismissed, and I was told I would not receive the pain meds if I did not do the shots. I had been on pain meds for almost 15 years, w never a single issue, then moved to Missouri from a diff state, lost my pcp. Now I have been abandoned and mistreated by those who are supposed to help me. Will never go back, no way! Reporting Dr. Noble and nurse to the licensing board. May even seek an attorney for malpractice. Using non FDA approved steroid lumbar epidural shots. The FDA has warned since February this is not a good idea. Dr. Bradford R. Noble, DO is an arrogant, self-consumed, narcissistic human being (for lack of a better word). He does not care about his patients. His only mission is to make money by injecting his patients as many times as he can to ensure that he keeps making money to pay for his private practice and his lavish lifestyle. He will berate you and will make you feel inferior to him if you ask him any questions. He will make sure that you know that you are beneath him and that you cannot be as educated as himself or all-knowing as he. He does not care if the injection only subdues your pain for a week or two weeks. He does not care if you need pain medication to get you through until the next time you can get another injection.
