Dr Riley had been my doctor for 31 years. I recently moved to Greenwood Indiana, so I had to find a new Doctor. Dr. Riley is a wonderful, caring Doctor, and his staff are wonderful too! The staff is friendly and on time, and Dr. always takes his time to listen to me.

Dr. Riley has been my doctor since I was born so over 25 years now. It was a no brainer to return to him once I graduated college and moved to South Bend. He is a careful, compassionate, and competent doctor who does not prescribe you medications at the drop of a hat. Rather than just treat the symptoms he tries to get to the root cause of the issue and help you avoid a lifetime dependency on drugs like other doctors do. I saw some reviews that said he wouldn't prescribe pain medication to someone on here because his records showed them receiving it from their specialist. This doesn't surprise me and makes me more confident in him. He cares about his patients and understands the risks medications have. He won't put anyone in the position to become addicted to a life threatening drug like that no matter the kickbacks a drug company may offer. As far as the office staff goes, they are a ray of sunshine. I'm always greeted with big smiles and kind faces at the desk. I even came in late once because I messed up the times and they even squeezed me in without any negative remarks or attitudes. Bottom line, if you need a good doctor look no further, you found him. Outstanding doctor! Very compassionate and always listens to your concerns. Never makes you feel rushed.

This doctor is terrible. Switched to this dr after moving. Told him about my recent medical history and prescriptions. Some of which ive been on since 12 years old and diagnosed with. The others 3 ive been diagnosed with. N he refused to give me 3/4 prescriptions. All 4 ive been on together for the past 5 years. Even refused to give me my acid reflux prescriptions. Good judgement doc. Fyi just went to gi and had an upper endoscopy done. N have a hiatal hernia and esophagitis. Both connected with acid reflux and need to do more tests for it. This dr is down right the worst ive ever seen. If u wanna go to a dr for absolutely no reason and him just say ur doing good k thanks n pay him then go to this guy. If you want to see a unprofessional,see dr Riley Been going to dr Riley office for 25 years. Recently i had three disks replaced in my neck the surgeon gave me 2 weeks of pain meds ,then said i need to get pain meds from family Dr . Dr Riley refused me pain meds ,because he said i was getting meds from another dr ,and said i was lieing to him and never told him about getting meds from a nother dr . Witch was not true so he tells me he is dropping me as a patient because of this .any dr i seen out side of his office ,i told that office to let my family dr know ,so he sent me a letter to tell me he is dropping me as a patient. Not even asking me about it in person . So I have been in misery because of this ,instead of his office trying to help me out. I arrived for my 9:30 appointment only to be told it was scheduled at 9:15. Ok, mistakes happen. I was told I had to reschedule, I explained that I was told over the phone to be there at 9:30 and I had driven 20 minutes to be there on time, and if I had to be there at 9:15 I would have been there at that time. They finally agreed to check me in. The nurse was rude when she took me back, because at this point I was apparently an inconvenience. When Dr Riley came in the room he scolded me about yelling at his staff, which I NEVER at any point did. I ended up walking out because I was so disappointed with how I was treated. I've never had an appointment there last longer than a few minutes, they just want you in and out so they can bill your insurance. I was there for a physical and to get lab results, hope I'm OK, I guess my next doctor will be the one to tell about it. Dr Riley doesn't care. Avoid! Been going to Dr. Riley since I was 2 and he's always compassionate and understanding. Listens to all my concerns and always takes the time to make sure he understands. My daughter goes to him now and my husband switched because of how great he was with us. I don't know who the other reviewer was who didn't like him but I've never experienced what they described. We have been patients of Dr. Riley's for over 30 years. Even when we moved over 45 minutes away, we still kept him as our doctor. He is a wonderful doctor, he listens, does not make you feel rushed and is very conservative about his treatment. He does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist when it is in your best interest. I have been going to Dr Riley about 10 years. I have to drive nearly 20 miles for office visits. There are closer Dr's but Dr Riley is the best Dr I have ever had. He cares for his patients and the staff and nurses are all great too.

Dr. Riley is a great doctor I have been going to him for years. The thing I dislike the most is the ones I have to deal with in the office, receptionist and setting up appointments.

I went to dr riley after my physician of 15 years left his practice and I suffer from daily migraine headaches. They get so bad I end up at the er, and have been on disability for 10 years.In the 4 months I saw dr riley, he never asked a single question about my headaches, past treatments, or medications. I have taken Norco for about 8 years with considerable success, but dr riley was only willing to prescribe enough for 3 weeks a month with no alternative treatment. Lacks pain management skills

Dr Riley is a very good physician. He takes time to explain things to you. He listens to all your questions, without making you feel rushed or embarrassed. He is a very personable & friendly doctor. I have only had 1 incident where I did not agree with his findings. Other than that I have felt very comfortable with his decisions. I would recommend him to others.

Have been going to Dr. Riley for 25+ years. He has never rushed my appointment time, always listens to my concerns and truly cares for his patients. Awesome staff♡♡♡

Dr Riley has been my primary care physican for many years. He is available, very little wait time for appointments and runs generally on time. Dr Riley takes time to explain and to answer all questions. He doesn't hesitate to make a referral to a specialist if needed.

He is knowlegable. Good family practice.

This dr. Office has gone from being one of the best to a nightmare over the past 6 years since I've been going here. I started out with Dr. Miles Andrew who left the practice several years ago for his specialty (was the best doctor I've ever had). Dr. Anderson was his replacement, a young but competent female doctor...overall she's been pretty decent. But the 2 times I've had to see dr. Riley due to Anderson not being available on Fridays (which sucks you can't see your normal doctor 1 weekday a week), it's been a nightmare. His nurse Lori (Laurie?) was a complete b**** to me when I tried to explain my situation after seeing dr. Anderson the day before. All they care about is charging you money and won't listen to a simple explanation of a situation. Riley himself acted like he could care less. The first time I was seen by him it was for a heart issue and he acted like it wasn't any big deal. I ended up having to go to the hospital for a stress test and it turned up nothing. But the care he payed me was subpar. His nurse was horrible and several others there have been terrible too. There are some decent people there and between dr. Riley and dr. Anderson, Anderson is the better by far. But it's sad I lost the best doctor I ever had in dr. Miles Andrew. I would avoid Riley and his nurse at all costs.
