I have been a patient of Dr. Case for several years. I have had fillers,botox,chemical peels and several aesthetic treatments done by Dr. Case and Lisa. My results have been exceptional,natural looking results. Dr. and staff strive to give excellent service!

Do not recommend....saw Dr. Brad Case for treatment of cellulite. Did a package deal for $4,000 included several treatments spaced out where they run a machine that heats up, first treatment there assistant did and she burned me and left a scar!!! There after was someone else not Dr. Brad Case Did before and after pictures no difference at all! Waste of MONEY!!!!!! In response to there response.... Yes it's been 7 years I was NOT happy then which is why I never went back in 7 years! A friend of mine was going to go see Dr. Brad Case and I told her about my experience, which was a REMINDER of the money I WAISTED and the SCAR I'm left with! And is why I wrote this review NOW!! I should of disputed the $4,000 dollars I paid! As I'm sure you have in your file like I have in my phone the before and after pictures and can see for yourself No Difference!!!! Dr. Case and his team at Valley Surgical are the best! I have been going to Valley Surgical for a few years now and every experience has been great and the results are even better! Would highly recommend Dr. Case and his team!

I couldn't have had a better experience! I was nervous about getting my vein surgery done and Dr. Case along with Lisa made me feel calm and comfortable. Hello Reviewers, 1. I have never seen a cleaner Doctor's office. 2. I have been going to see Dr. Case for 4 months for my varicose veins and the only regret I have is I didnt do this 20 years ago. My legs feel and look great! 3. Dr. Case, Lisa and Patty are the bomb! There serious about there work and are alot of FUN :)

Lisa did a peel on my face and chest, neck and hands. I think I look 10 years younger. It took away age spots, but even better than that wrinkles!! My husband said to me "your neck was so wrinkled and now there's no wrinkles left". Not sure how to take that. But I look great. Thanks Lisa.

A year ago I received Smart Lipo from Dr. Case. Immediately after it was evident something had gone wrong. My left flank had more fat removed than the right. I had a large seroma that he chose not to drain. Once the swelling from the seroma had diminished. I was left with a large area of scarring that attaches to my hip bone and ribs. It was noticeable that too much fat had been removed in certain areas on my abdomen as well. As I now have uneven spots on my abdomen. Over the course of the year I kept bringing up the fact it looked bad and Dr. Case admitted to being more aggressive with me than any other patient because I'm a "bodybuilder." At my 9 month check up I asked what we could do about it and he avoided discussing any options to repair it or fix it. I waited the year suggested healing time and now am seeing a board certified plastic surgeon and need to have fat grafting and scar tissue removal done since Dr. Case removed too much fat. I would not recommend him for liposuction. Attached is a photo of what I am left with. I was a bodybuilder for 7 years and now cannot compete again without having a revision surgery. Dr. Case is a seasoned surgeon who immediately puts his patients at ease. He communicates well, is clear about options and what you can expect. I have a lesion on my nose. I went to Case to see if he could do anything. He said he could do a biopsy then give me a referral to someone else to remove it. I scheduled a biopsy. I showed up on time only to wait out in my car for over 30 min after my scheduled appt. I then asked one of the nurses why I have to have a biopsy then go somewhere else to remove it. My thought was why can't they take it off then biopsy it to see what it is. Case became defensive and wouldn't let me talk. He said fine find someone that will take you without a biopsy and a referral. You will be back here . He said noone in the valley will take your insurance and Noone will see you without a referral so go ahead leave and find someone to help you. I said it was a simple question . I just didn't want to have to be chopped up twice if I didn't have to be. I said well let's go ahead and do the biopsy since I'm here. He said no you want to try to find someone that will do it go ahead . Noone will see you. I have never been talked to by a Dr that way. Dr's are supposed to help people not hinder them. I will never set foot again in that office. The staff was rude as well. I'm not in the money bracket they want me to be so I was treated poorly. I have a lesion on my nose. Dr. Case and his staff worked tirelessly to help my bad varicose vein problem. Before I couldn't sleep very long without being woken up by pain. Now I can sleep, yay. Since I didn't have to leave my disabled husband to go into a hospital, it added to recovery and less stress of what I was going to do with our animals.
