I'd like to say this place is legitimate being that i received a referral from another doctor, however, it's either a poorly run business or an absolute fraudulent office. You'd think after a month and a half of continuously fumbling my personal information they'd get something right. But the cherry on top was asking me to resend my ID, Insurance, and SSN via text three weeks in a row. Thanks for never returning my calls and answering my messages a week after sending them. I made an appointment with Dr almoayed on 3 different occasions for my father and he did not receive a call during his confirmed appointment times. It is unfortunate that when you seek help from a "health care" provider you do not get the care that you need.

I don't recommend Dr. BOSHRA no enough experience. She give my brother midcation never help. Also her staff have no respect. If you ask for documents they will tell you this week. When call back this week will say next week , and when you call next week they will say we not done yet Next month. Finally you will receive nothing. I worked as a volunteer with her; honestly she is AMAZING person

I was lucky when I choose to be a Volunteer with Dr. Almoayed. I learned a lot from her. She is a nice giver.

She’s an amazing psychiatrist nice and very kind. She helped me with my anxiety. I would recommend her.

Dr. Boshra Almoayed is a great psychiatrist. She really cares about her patients. Her appointments are very convenient and flexible for all kinds of schedules. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Almoayed and her professional staff are always there for patients whenever they need help.

I have never been to a clinic like this one! I say that in all the best although strange ways. First of all right away they asked if I was interested in weekend or with night appointments. Um YES! I work and I was referred to her because I honestly have tried to find anyone who does weekend appointments because of my schedule. But I was so happy with night appointments (especially this Ramadan). I got to "see" my doctor sitting on my front porch drinking tea after eating. I love the virtual appointments because Covid scares me. So, the time was perfect. When I started going, I was so relaxed because she was a female, knows my culture, and spoke my language. I thought it would take a couple of visits to really feel comfortable, but she put me at ease the very first one. She explained my condition, started me slowly on medication, and was even able to speak to my family for me. Dr. Boshra is really one of a kind. As for the last review of missing appointments yes, she may be late, but every single time the office or herself explained she took extra time with a previous appointment. Also, many times she spent extra time with me in the beginning when I was sick. I have been seeing her over a year now, I would not be able to find someone like her. Don't show up to late night appointments with no reasons to why... Doctor caused 3 panic attacks for not showing up at midnight.. then you Have to fight with front desk "if they answer there phones" to get what medicine subscriptions they give you refilled and to reschedule a new appointment ...No concern for there patients mental health seems to me might just be a insurance scam for a paycheck... ‏One of my worse experiences! I started with Dr. boshra from 3 months, she gave me a medicine that have sides affect! And I'm trying to get back in contact with so I can see if I'm still okay with using that medicine... still haven't got a response from them and it's my 5th appointment that I set up, and they never response back ! It is ridicules. I even told them I don't want that service anymore and they still didn't respond back ! How worse can it get ? I’m sorry dr. Boshra for saying the truth and what happened with me! I’d never seen a weird treatment as like yours!! After wasting my time for more than a month, the doctor herself called me ,after the appointment time in 5 hours, and she considered it as an appointment, so she charged me about it to ask me to change my review about them when I gave them one star and explained my horrible experience with them. Seeing Dr. Almoayed has changed my life. I was quite hesitant to see a psychiatrist but her office put me at ease. The process of sending documents and intake forms was time consuming but I was able to easily submit them. When I had my first appointment with the doctor she spent well beyond my 45 minute visit. She spent over an hour and a bit more. I was put at ease taking medication after she explained to me the benefits, how my body had a chemical imbalance, how balancing them was ok, and I didn't need to feel stigma getting help. She started me on a very low dose of medication and asked me to come in after only two weeks to make sure the medication wasn't causing any side effects. She has since slowly increased them, and I never knew how much they could help. Dr. Almoayed has been such a blessing that I don't know why I waited so long to seek help. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is hesitant to get help, or anyone for that matter. I have referred a few people to her who have also had good experiences. I was quite shocked to see any negative reviews. Honestly I have never had anyone who I felt actually changed my life. I am honored to recommend her to you.
