Home care nurse and anticoagulant nurse were concerned about bruises above the knee. Doctor did not listen or even look at bruises. Felt backbone and said nothing broken and dismissed patient. There never was any concern about a broken bone.

Took my daughter to see her in urgent care (Marshfield Clinic - Stevens Point Center)for influenza. Did not test her and would not allow prophylactic treatment with antivirals for her 3-year old brother because she thought it was too expensive. 2 days later he came down with influenza b (tested by a different doctor). He could have avoided becoming so sick if Dr. Samuelson would have cared enough to think of his health.

I saw Dr. Samuelson when I went in to the walk-in clinic for some severe abdominal pain. She was so kind, and she helped me work through my options for tests that needed to be run. Great listener, and just a delightful lady! She explained things so I could understand them and I appreciated that!
