Amazing physician. He saved my life.

Wish I could give a zero....The Fannin office does not return contacts for refills to my HEB pharmacy. This has occurred multiple times. Their office staff (Susan and Juan) are unhelpful in resolving a $3,784 billing error for an "Echo 2d Mode Comp w/Color FI" that they DID NOT COMPLETE which I am on the hook for. After hours spent with the billing department, they inform me the chart says they did it. The fact is, they were not able to do the procedure after painfully sticking me unsuccessfully with an IV four times. I've only met Dr. Kar the one time, but I won't go back - I'd rather die than have to spend more hours of my life with them to get prescriptions and billing problems fixed.

Horrendously long wait.. 4 hours for an appointment. Cannot be justified in any manner. Very disappointing.

Dr. Kar is a blessing and a gift from God. He preformed a delicate surgery that gave my mother many years of life. At a hospital in Tomball Tx., a cardiologist ask me to take her home and make her comfortable until her time of death. Dr. Kar's office said bring her here now!!! Thanks be to God for giving Dr. Kar his gift of surgical perfection, and the ability to spend many more years with my elderly Mother. Love and Respect To Dr. Kar

The wait time might be long, but this miraculous doctor IS busy saving lives. He seems to be on duty all the time, as if he never leaves the hospital site. A superb specialist himself and leads an outstanding team of doctors - a true constellation. Sharp, precise, skillful, and very, very kind.

Dr. Bishwajit Kar is the finest cardiologist on this side of the world. I can honestly say that he saved my life at a critical time. His bed side manners are exemplary. His approach to treating a patient is aggressive yet cautious. He has saved innumerable lives. His commitment to his profession is absolute. God bless this gentle soul!

I had a clot and was having active stroke and Dr. Kar was on the floor. He came in and called most of the machines on the floor and I recovered me and I told him Dr. Kar, I am back. He said yes I can see. Everybody loves Dada (In Bengali people call someone fondly as big brother, I also call him) and I respect him a lot for his dedication to the profession. I want to see him some day at the age of 90+ still coming to the hospital and blessing the patients. Dada keep doing what you are doing because you are inspiration for thousands. The best dedicated cardiologist whom you can trust on

Very personable and has a sense of humor. Which is a huge deal for me considering going to the Dr. Is not something people like to do. The wait is very long that is the only down fall. I had to wait over 3 hrs. Just to see him but that just says how good he is.

Professional, Dr.Kar and his team fought for my grandfather's life and even got him his heart very grateful if you care for your loved ones bring them here they really take charge of their patients we (The Mitchell family) recommend them completely

Dr Kar seems to be a good doctor but the wait time is ridiculous . 2hours everytime then get a 10 minute time with doc. His office is right in middle of medical district so traffic is horrendous to get back home. When you leave have appt at 2 then leave at 4

This doctor spends the time with you, is very kind and so caring. He treated me like I was a family member.

I NOW HAVE 17 STENTS, PACEMAKER ETC. DR KAR AND HIS STAFF ARE OUTSTANDING AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE WORLD.
