Bhawani Ballamudi

Ballamudi has saved my life (literally) a couple times. She has been so compassionate, understanding and genuine. My mental health has improved more in the last 3 years with her than it has the 40 years before her.

I had one appointment with her, that I couldn’t finish (video call I hung up on tears) due to how appalled I was on how she was handling my situation. As a young adult who finally had the courage to sought out help, talking to Ballamudi just brought out all my negative feelings, more like talking to a therapist than identifying my issues. She also randomly brought up substances abuse almost like she assumed I was on drugs, and asked how long i’ve been using drugs without me mentioning anything about them. She didn’t ask me any of the normal screening questions for mental health, my primary doctor and social workers have asked me more than she has. She just reconfirmed and brought up traumas, saying I had a rough life then told me I should do therapy when I expressed I hadn’t benefited from therapy in the past. If you’re looking for answers, diagnosis do yourself a favor and find someone else

Dr ballamudi literally saved my life. I have been her patient for over 10 years. She is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable. If you are lucky enough to get her as your doctor you are in excellent hands
