I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Markham .... She is Very Thorough in checking for and Identifying skin areas that appear abnormal... And recommending treatment and care...

I love Dr. Markham and have been her patient for 15 if not 20 years. I trust her diagnosis and the quality professional personable time she spends with me as a patient. She doesn't waste your time typing on the computer. She will be my dermatologist forever ????

Dr. Markham was very professional and understanding as to my situation. She took time to explain what was going on and the correct treatment for me.

By far one of the most unpleasant dermatology visits I’ve ever had with Kelsey-Seybold. Dr. Markham walked straight in without introducing herself. She was extremely dismissive of my concerns and was unable to offer me any solutions other then what I’m doing now to treat my acne and only offered a topical that she failed to ask if I’ve tried before (because she would’ve learned it has not worked in the past which is how I ended up on accutane, twice). Betty was recommended to me by a co-worker who spoke so highly of her bedside manner and her as a person however, I am not impressed and will not be back. Betty doesn’t listen and doesn’t allow you to express your concerns without her interrupting you in the middle of completing a sentence. I was literally in and out within 5 mins bc she had a “solution” already. The product she recommended I use was a product that I’ve been using for months now and she suggested I keep using it. If I’m telling a doctor that I’ve done ABC and it didn’t work and afterwards advised to continue you use that same product what makes one think that all of a sudden bc you (the doctor) says it will make it work. Doctors need to take more time to listen to their patients rather than thinking they know every damn thing. My experiences were always good. Questions answered and my issues were taken care of.

Doctor Markham was very nice and explained things to me so that I could understand.

Dr Markham is very efficient and businesslike. She makes time to answer questions.

Has always displayed a high level of professional competence. She is also a very good active listener.

She knows what she is doing and wastes no time going about her tasks! Also she is polite and thoughtful.

Helped my papulopustular rosacea condition along with acne. I've been suffering from inflammation, redness, and bumps that hadn't gone away in over a year. After the first appointment she prescribed medication/cream that made the bumps almost disappear within the first 2 weeks. After 3 weeks my skin is not as irritated or red and smooth as ever. I can't thank her enough. I'd lost hope after my last dermatologist told me I'd need to go on accutane. Now I'm still getting treatment from Markham and will continue. This was my first time to see Dr. Markham. She asked several questions, some I never would have thought of. She was very professional, which was what I needed, She came up with a plan of treatment that was just fine with me. She was not at the closest clinic, but I will continue to see her.

Dr. Markham is a very likeable and smart doctor. She listens to you and then addresses your concerns without making you feel like you are taking too much of her time. I appreciate that quality in a doctor.

It was my first visit to her, but she gave me the medical advice I was looking for without hesitation and with conviction. Very personable and respectful.

My experience being treated by this doctor was awesome. I felt HEARD when I expressed my symptoms and concerns. All of my issues were addressed. The doctor is warm, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her services to the community.

Saw Dr Markham today and was pleased-she gave me good advice and was cordial

I was very disappointed with my visit to Dr. Markham. She was gruff and did not attempt to establish any rapport. She did not listen to me and was dismissive of my input. I left feeling chastised, not educated. I have worked with many doctors over the years, but have never experienced this type of treatment. I will not be returning to her for follow-up care.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. This person is the coldest most unconcerned I've ever encountered. The same can be said of her nurse. Rude and going through the motions. How and why does Kelsey tolerate this behavior?

I wish I would had read the reviews before I went today. I also felt I wasted my copay just like these people here are saying. Dr.Markham rushed in & out of the office so quick. She was literally in the room for about 30 seconds & only because I asked her questions, but when she walked in she was already ready to leave. I will NEVER go back to her. She is so not professional! She does NOT care about her patients.

My experience with this doctor was horrible. She is dismissive and I felt that she did not care about me as a patient. In addition, she lacked bedside manners. She recommended another clinic to me for additional services and it turned out that that facility does not offer such service. I felt that I had wasted my copay. Do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

My wife and I have have been patients of Dr. Markham for over 5 years for annual checks and freezing off keratoses. I was called back right at the scheduled time, a nurse asked some questions, and the doctor was in immediately afterward. Her examination was quick and efficient and I trust her skills very much. Entire visit from check in to out the door was under 35 minutes. PS, I come from a medical background and a family of medical folks and she knows her stuff when I ask questions.

Terrible. Beyond terrible experience. Very impatient to cut my story short. I was so displeased and felt like i wasted my copay. I literally felt like crying leaving there. i would never recommend anyone to her except she is the only dermatologist in the world! My first horrible experience with a kelsey doctor
