I had my 1st visit with Dr Silverstein this week . I was impressed by her promptness their was no waiting. She was so caring and knowledgeable and she takes the time to listen to you which is very rare these days.
Visited Valley stream office over a month ago and I'm still trying to get an authorization for an MRI that Dr. Silverstein ordered. When you call they transfer you to another extension. Don't know what's going on with front desk but I've never had this issue before when trying to schedule a scan.

Dr Silverstein is the best! Words can not express how wonderful her bedside manner is! She helped me with my migraines and is a life saver!!

Dr. S is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and helped me right on the spot. I highly recommend her!
After waiting a painful whole week for my MRI which was requested by the doctor, today I found out at the radiology that doctor Silverstain's office staff gave me refferal for one radiology office and got the nsurance authorization for another radiology. I don't understand how she hires this type of employee in her office.
