Mrs. Beth Reed Christensen

I really recommend Beth to anyone. She has helped me immensely and I wish that she had availability to see me again. She has a natural kindness and endearment to her that makes you feel safe and like you can trust and confide in her. With that being said, I never feel like she's just trying to force her kindness because she is not afraid to tell you the truth even if you might not want to hear it. Even in doing that, she always has made me feel good about myself. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about Beth other than she is so busy. It never has effected her work or quality of work in my experience but it is extremely hard to get on her schedule. I struggle with anxiety, ADHD, and BPD in regards to trauma mostly, depression moderately, and have a history of eating disorders though it's not as intense now. I don't think she is an ED specific therapist, but I never saw her for that primary reason as mine was always a byproduct of BPD. I recommend anyone with similar traits to her

Beth is extremely effective in resolving anxiety and panic issues. She has given my son his life back. He used to panic- overwhelming anxiety, clammy feeling, vomiting when he went outside. He would hide inside and spend all of his time hiding by computer gaming. He had a terrible quality of life. Beth changed all of that. He now goes to classes at community college- including speech, debate and drama. Because of Beth, he challenged and overcame his fears. Now he is excelling- and he loves it! He now values life- and sees his future in it. Together they made this happen. I've been to many other counselors- mostly PhD's who charged a lot! Beth is very reasonable, and most importantly, she is effective! You will do yourself a huge favor by getting her help!

Beth is caring and firm. She helps patients learn to regulate their emotions by teaching them effective methods to do this. She is good at supporting people through this learning process. Beth also has a fun sense of humor and works really well with teens.
