Dr. Bertha H Safford

My experience was just awful with Dr. Bertha Safford. She's very snappy and impatient, like it's such a bother for her to see me. After I was kept waiting for over 45 minutes! I certainly don't feel like she cared.

Dr. Safford is a excellent, caring and compassionate primary doctor. I have been a patient of hers for 26 years.. She doesn’t just spend 15 minutes with me but takes as much time as I need. She makes sure I am current on my shots, mammogram, and other health recommendations. She does a thorough exam and wants to know if I have any concerns. I appreciate her excellent care for myself and all those she cares for. Thank you Dr. Safford!

I would NOT recommend her as a doctor. She doesn’t know what she is doing. She is ALWAYS late. You have an appointment and she is always an hour late. If she was really a doctor they would be on time and not late all of the time. She also doesn’t diagnose you very well.

Dr. Safford is both professional and compassionate. I received excellent care both in the office and out. She consulted with a specialist during my office visit to ensure we were pursuing the correct course of diagnosis and treatment. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call at home the next day (on the weekend no less), Dr. Safford wanted to follow up, make sure I was comfortable and let me know additional information she had learned while researching my diagnosis. I highly recommend.

She is caring and listens to me. Acted real fast about my heart condition.

I feel very confident in Dr. Safford's care. She is very personable and efficient!
