Our son has been treated for approximately 6 years by Dr. Flasterstein. Dr. F takes the time to make our son feel welcome, comfortable and well cared for every time he visits the office.

Dr. Flasterstein has cared for my epileptic son since his diagnosis. He is caring, funny, and kind, and has a great rapport with kids. We trust his judgement and experience. I recommend highly.

My daughter has been going to Dr.Flasterstein for the last 3 years now and we have had a great experience. Even with difficult diagnosis, Dr. Flasterstein still made the appointments pleasant and easy to deal with. He always made sure and continues to make sure to Do what is in the best interest of my daughter. Fast forward to now, my daughter Paisleigh has overcome so much and continues to do so. I would recommend this neurologist to anyone that asked me.

Dr Flasterstein has been treating our son for over a year. Great MD, very patient. Explains everything so we can understand and answers every question. Would definitely recommend his care to family and friends if they were in need.

Don’t waste you’re time. Terrible. They don’t communicate within the office staff and they CERTAINLY DONT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.! The doctor was not able to help my son (that’s okay) so I looked for another doctor but new doctor needs my son’s records to see what has been done and not put him through everything all over again. It’s been 4 weeks.!!!!!!! And they don’t want to give me his records.!!! My son CANT get help because Claudia, Lan, and Rosa keep messing up and don’t talk to each other. Very bizarre experience visiting this office and felt uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

Dr. Flasterstein is the BEST ! My son Timothy has been under his care for the last 3 years. He is extremely thorough, very knowledgeable and my son loves going to see him . The staff is very accommodating and caring ! I would highly recommend Dr Flastetstein to anyone ! He is the type of Dr that truly cares and it shows ! So greatful for our experience under his care. My son has had persistent headaches for over one month. Dr. Flasterstein took his time and listened to every word. He conducted all kinds of tests in his office and than scheduled other testing. He is thorough and definitely knows his craft!!!!

Dr Flasterstein is amazing! Best Dr around, is fantastic with my son, feel very confident in his knowledge and care.

Dr. was very kind and took time to answer my questions. He did great with my two month old also.

Hands down... this doctor was earth-changing for us. He helped and continues to help my daughter with debilitating chronic vomiting migraines. He will spend so much time (if you need it) in figuring out what’s best for your child. He’s sweet and has a cute sense of humor. His staff, especially Claudia, is never hard to reach and only a phone call away. He will treat you like family, as well as his whole staff. I told him at our last visit, “ We will follow you to the ends of the earth if you ever had to move!” He’s our #1 doctor, and we are so blessed to have him only a phone call away. He has a sign saying "don't confuse google with my medical degree" on his office wall. Too bad his medical degree is so long ago and he has not kept himself abreast of anything since. He needs to get abreast on current thought and treatment of some neurological disorders. He nitpicked every word out of mouth to correct my choice of words and came to a conclusion about my son without ever speaking to him except for asking his age.

Doctor Flasterstein was my doctor in Springfield Mo and he was AMAZING Doctor. I wish he was still my doctor I was so sad when he left but he’s the best doctor!!!

He’s great!! Very patient, understanding, and he really listens. He’s not a pompous know it all doctor but he tries to understand where the parents are coming from and really cares about his patients!!!!

Dr Flasterstein and his office are great. They work as a well oiled machine. Dr Flasterstein is a great neurologist. My son had severe headaches and the provided treatment has been a miracle.I recommend him with no hesitation

We have been seeing Dr. Flasterstein for two and a half years now and feel truly lucky he is treating our daughter. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He makes our daughter feel comfortable and she enjoys going to see him. The office is clean, the staff is always very pleasant and accomodating to our family.

Dr. Flasterstein has been my son’s neurologist for 7 years. He is an amazing doctor who has always been there for us when we have needed him. He checks in with us on weekends, after work hours and truly cares about his patients. Any time we have called the office and left a message, he calls back promptly. Love Dr. Flasterstein but the practice is only in for the money!!! Unfortunately, the office manager wants to blame others for refusing to help patients.

I love Dr. Flaserstein but his staff is terrible. Had to find a new Dr. For my kids, sadly. He needs to fire them and start all over with people who care about patients.

I had an appointment for Dr. Flasterstein that I made 2 months before my visit, my wife and I took the day off of work so we could be with our son during this visit as it was very important and emotional for us to understand and track our young son's development. We arrived to the office 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment. The appointment was for 12:45pm, we arrived at 12:30pm, my wife and I walked out of that office at 3:00pm with our son, after being left to wait for 2.5 hours in an exam room, no member of the staff explained at anytime what was going on or why it was taking so long, I never saw the doctor and I never spoke to a staff member until I told them we were leaving. I made an appointment with another neurologist and my only regret is that I waited 2.5 hours before leaving that office. UPDATE: My wife and I walked out of Dr. Flasterstien's office without seeing the doctor fully prepared to find a new neurologist, but Dr. Flasterstien called us personally to apologize and explain what happened. It is nice to see a Dr. who cares about his patients and will take the time to reach out and offer us an expedited appointment to make up for the one they missed. Awesome Doctor!!!! Defnitely Recommend!

Excellent bedside manner! Has an excellent demeanor and my son liked him as well. He put our sons needs first which was a huge plus. We had a great experience and we are happy to say we finally found our son a pediatric neurologist that we are happy with!

Dr. Flasterstein is amazing! Only go to his practice if you are willing to deal with a staff that is not willing to communicate and assist patients.

Have been seeing Dr Flasterstein for several years. He is a very experienced neurologist. We always have a good experience at the office. He has helped my child's headaches and she such a better quality of life now.

He is very nice doctor. He has seen my baby since birth in the NICU. Very caring and knowledgeable. He made sure he answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed before I left.

Great physician, he spends lots of time and has helped our daughter with her migraines. We are pleased and blessed to have found him

Although the wait time is long, it is usually full of patients so it's to be expected with any specialist doctor you'd visit (I too work in the medical field). I've taken my son here a few times since he's been diagnosed with epilepsy. The doctor reads my son's EEG the very same day and gives me the results right after. No loss of records from place to place. My son loves his magic tricks and free animal crackers. The ladies that make up the staff are very friendly! Tip: be patient.

Its rare that children look forward to a doctor visit but my son looks forward to Dr Flasterstein's office. His nurse is just as fun and welcoming as he is each time we go. My son is the patient not me and Dr Flasterstein directs his questions and comments to him, he feels empowered and informed each time we leave the office This approach has made my son realize that following drs' orders are his responsibility and even at his young age he is starting to become accountable for his health.

We have been seeing Dr Flasterstein for years. He is an excellent physician. Very knowledgable. Wonderful with the kids. Great sense of humor. Always has a joke and breaks the ice with them. Makes going to the doctor easy. I a so tired of parents complaining they have to "wait" at the doctor. That start yelling after 10 minutes. Yet they will stand in line at Disney for 90 minutes. Get your priorities straight. They are taking care of your child. Love this office and the staff.

Absolutely horrible, if your gonna act this way as a doctor then it's time for you to retire! I've recently been in the hospital for something that my pediatric and gynecologist doctor missed and because of them i ended up in the hospital. I've had my share of doctors missing things, but this Neurologist is just horrible. So he walked in, checked me, gave me his card, walked out. this literally took 6 mins. (i timed it!) I was furious, i don't even think he knew what he was doing. I just looked at him walking away. before this visit I had at least 6 doctors tell me that there was something wrong and I need to see a Neurologist. This guy just didn't care and that just aggravates me the so much, i think if i see him again he is going to have a piece of my hurting brain!!!!! I would defiantly NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!!!
