Wonderful Doctor a few years ago I had an implant rupture after a mammogram. I needed to have my implants removed completely all I can say is my breast look amazing better than when I had the implants in. I am not sure what technique he used after removing the implants but all I can say is they look great, I am thankful I found him.

A human factory with a 10 month wait list. Bernard Chang didn't listen to what I wanted. Not even close. He ignore my dire needs. His scheduling coorinator was mean and RUDE.

I had a significant breast reduction with Dr. Chang about 17 years ago and there is not one doctor who has ever seen me undressed since then that could even believe I ever had one. I have zero scars. He did a phenomenal job and I'm still in awe of how remarkable it was.

My wife had her reconstruction surgeries with Dr. Chang. Her oncologist spoke volumes about his abilities. From the the start, Dr. Chang and his staff were responsive and took the time to hear our concerns. Dr. Chang has good bedside manner - he's gentle, but gets to the point, and never rushes an appt. session. My wife had seen and researched several different incision methods. She opted for the "upside down T" incision when her expanders were installed. This is a less common method, but given her breast size, Dr. Chang was more than happy to do it. Several other surgeons we spoke with were not given the complexity of the procedure. After her surgery, my wife was very pleased with the results. Everything looked great. About 6 months after her surgery, she developed what looked like a small rash on her right breast that persisted for a couple weeks. We reached out to Dr. Chang's office. Within minutes, we a got a text message and phone call from Dr. Chang. He asked us for pictures, and after he saw them, communicated that he was not concerned, but asked that she come in for closer examination the next day just to be sure. Upon inspection, he ordered a culture, and to be safe, asked that she go on antibiotics. Turns out the rash was not an infection, but rather, an inflammation from the expander, which was not a big deal. Still, Dr. Chang moved up the DIEP flap surgery almost 2 months to get the expanders out. Long story short, we appreciated his flexibility, communications, and thorough analysis of our concern. Excellent plastic surgeon. Dr Chang was patient and kind as well as being a very skilled surgeon. He was able to fix my reconstructive surgery from another office and give me my life back. Dr Chang understood and answered all my questions and concerns. His office staff was courteous, responsive, and helpful.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had.. the staff for the consult were great. I had a breast reduction and a panniculectomy. My results are amazing and I'm only a few months out. Dr. Chang is the master of plastic surgery!!

Great doctor and he makes you feel so comfortable. The staff make you feel safe and is great and friendly. Great environment.

I love Dr. Chang and his staff. I just had a Diep-Flap Reconstruction and he is simply amazing! I am healing very well. I know in my heart it is because I was careful in choosing the best doctors for me. I had mentioned on my Facebook that I was having this done and several women sent me private messages stating they had same or similar procedures done with Dr. Chang and that they believe I was in great hands. Also, my sister called me and said her friend as well had this procedure done with Dr. Chang and was happy I was using him. Nothing but love for Mercy Medical and their doctors. Also Dr. Neil Friedman was my breast surgeon at Mercy Medical, and he is absolutely amazing as well. Take your time and choose the right doctors. Dr. Chang is amazing. I'm very happy and satisfied with my surgery and the results. His office staff, very efficient and friendly.

Dr Bernie Chang is hands down the BEST breast reconstruction surgeon around. I truly believe no one can compare. He "fixed" my previously reconstructed breasts from another surgeon in the area. She claimed there was really nothing else to do and to wear "a push up bra" I had so many fat transfers to attempt to fix my cancer side, but they never looked good or were what I wished for. Got a second opinion from Dr Chang and that was it! ONE time...ONE surgery to make them Perfect. He is a genius!!!

I am very disappointed with my diep flap. Dr Chang said that he could closely provide symmetry with the other breast and it turned out just the opposite. I do not feel that I can walk around in my home without wearing a bra under my t-shirt (does not look like a breast), scaring is awful. I went back to him for corrective revisions and three years later, now that I look back after it has settled, I don't feel that he understand the importance of a woman's anatomy. I had higher expectations!

My experience with Dr. Chang and his staff was exceptional. I was very nervous at first, but his staff made me feel so comfortable, before and after surgery. They are awesome, Kudos to the entire office.

It was a great experience, Dr. Chang is very professional and knowledgeable. His staff is great, the waiting room time could be shortened a little, but beyond that my experience with him was outstanding.
