Went well, very concerned about my well-being.

Everyone at Texas Oncology are very professional and really care for the patients.

Completed the radiation therapy and waiting on the final testing to ensure the cancer is gone however the staff doesn't seem to have much concern about this........not sure why.......nobody within TX Oncology seems to care about getting the test scheduled. Was told they'd contact me, they didn't, I Ieft them phone and email messages with no response. Would really appreciate the care and concern to continue until this is all finished.....

During my first visit with Dr. John he thoroughly explained to me what the radiation process would entail for my particular type of cancer in layman’s terms. He is concerned about your overall health and goes above and beyond to keep you informed. My follow up appointments have been equally informative. He and his staff take the care in making you feel as though you are their only patient. The office runs like clockwork and they are a wonderful team and I highly recommend them.

Dr. John is a very good and kind doctor. He is very passionate about the care of his patients. So very thankful for his care and expertise

Not impressed. I found the Dr. John rude. The office staff lacks communication. I was given a plan and I had to keep calling the office to make sure the plan was being followed because it would be days when I was to have an appointment but no one called to let me know what time and date, come to find out it was not even scheduled.

Every employee at Texas Oncology were professional, courteous and related well! The receptionist was particularly helpful! And the Radiology Technologists were great! Dr. John is a wonderful doctor. He is patient and very kind. He will take the time necessary to talk with you.

Radiology treatments went as well as to be expected. No real adverse side effects. Personnel were professional all around.

Wonderful. Kind, trustworthy and caring. In my opinion he is one of the best. He treated me for lung cancer and explained things to me when no one else did. I admire his knowledge and trust him with my life. He is great!

Dr. John Bercham treated my Prostate cancer, All I can say is his staff is first class! They greet me with a kind welcome and they make you feel relax when you have your visits.
