Best doctor and staff I have seen in 7 months

Shot in back was amazing! Great team!

My visit today was for lower back injections. When I first went to see Dr. Seeman about 4 years ago, I was desperate for relief of my severe back pain. My quality of life was not where I wanted it to be and I felt like I had tried everything. To be honest, he was the first Dr. that actually listened to me and wanted to get me relief. My treatment plan is designed for me and each visit is an evaluation of how those treatments are working. Each person in this practice genuinely cares about you and makes you feel supported. They really will get you feeling better!

My anxiety was off the chart first time I've had the injections done and I have to say it was a very good experience the Dr was kind,and gental and very understanding ... his team of nurses were wonderful... I highly recommend them all...

After having had a rough (very painful) prior experience with a steroid injection in my neck from a different doctor, I was referred to Dr Seeman and the experience has been night and day. The staff is extremely professional, Dr Seeman has great bedside manner, and the injection was almost pain free. I would recommend his practice to anyone seeking relief from neck or back pain.

This doctor did nothing to help me. In addition he insisted I have a drug screen although I was not asking for any drugs. The sample was not collected per drug screening protocol( which makes it pretty worthless if he is using it to screen out “druggies”) . Apparently he sent it to lab not in my insurance network and I got a bill for $800. It was taken care of eventually by my insurance company, who ended up paying $300 for a $50 test that was unnecessary.

Dr. Seeman walked in the room with a very pleasant, welcoming approach. He was is very easy to talk to and personable. He was not commercial like the other doctors from previous visits, I have seen. He listened to my concerns as well as tried to address them and not just ignore them. He actually acted like I mattered as a patient! FINALLY!!!

I have been receiving pain management care from Integrative Pain for several years. This group has been very helpful in making my back and neck issues much more manageable. I do recommend them often.

Got an injection in my back. Everyone in back is very nice, supportive, empathetic, and excellent in communication. The injections make a 100% improvement where no other treatment I've had worked.

Dr Seeman was very through and answered all of my questions and elicited my input during the visit. Very empathetic to my concerns. Time will tell how all works out but off to a great start.

I had my first epidural injection today and the experience was so easy and pleasant from start to finish. The nurses are so pleasant and friendly. The procedure was quick and easy! Definitely recommend.

Professional and efficient.

Dr. Seeman is a friendly & professional physician who actually listens to you and shows a real desire to work together for the best outcome utilizing traditional medicine and integrative therapies. He discusses -instead of talking at you. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Seeman’s attention to the costs of various paths of treatment and respect for my financial concerns. The office is well run, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was true pleasure meeting Dr. Seeman. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Absolutely! He’s a kind, compassionate doctor who thinks outside the box. He is gentle and caring. He has a wonderful office staff, and they are also very personable and caring.

I feel fortunate to have access to such a caring and talented team of nurses and staff that help Dr Seeman. They all are helping improved my life by controlling my pain through treatments, medication, PT, and thoughtful advice.

This is my 3rd visit to this practice for back/hip pain. I appreciate the time spent with me at each visit and the information given prior to, during and after each visit. The staff, including Dr Seeman ang Heather Brown are very friendly and professional.

What a great team of professionals! Their bedside manner and empathy was extraordinary. I had a minor reaction and they handled it immediately, finished the procedure and I’m on the mend!

Bad billing practices and requires drug testing even when no drugs are prescribed. Oddly enough the staff sends you to public bathroom for sample, so he is not really interested in knowing whether you are using drugs or not.

He is not a people person. He doesn't talk to you. can be quite arrogant. I will not recommend him to anyone.

Not good, he seemed to be content to do injections with no relief, rather than research the more obvious problem. These injections continued for 5 months. At some point, I stopped the injections, and was referred to another doctor who immediately diagnosed the problem and solved the problem. Physical therapy (very good at pinpointing the issue) and cbd ointments pushed by the doctor did nothing. I agree with the other reviewers that the staff were a bit surly, although not all the staff. Wait times were outrageously long. Another huge problem was the billing department. It took numerous calls and visits to straighten out carrier questions, some of which we are still contesting. Our opinion is that this office is financially driven.

He is a very good doctor. I am lucky he was referred to me by my friend when I was in terrible pain. I highly recommend Dr. Ben.

Very helpful staff and show real concern for patient. Dr. Seeman is very approachable and knowledgeable. He is genuinely concerned with the patient and getting patient out of pain. Physical Therapy Staff are excellent. Very caring and professional. This practice is very good if you are suffering pain.

I've seen Dr. Seeman twice after being referred by my doctor. His diagnosis of my pain has been right on target including the medication to best ease the pain. Now the physical therapy begins and he is monitoring the progress closely. Also very personable and a good listener.

I saw Dr. Seeman and his staff for the first time several years ago concerning a pain in my neck and arm. They did some testing and eventually decided a shot in my neck was needed. I have not had a problem with that since the shot. I have been back since with a problem with my shoulder. It was not cleared completely as the first problem but it is much better and certainly tolerable. Everyone from the office staff, the PT department (Love Suzanne!) and the doctors were great! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Seeman and his office. I was sent to him for back injections by my othropaedic doctor who raved about Dr. Seeman. I got in to see him in less than a week. I was very impressed with the entire office staff and Dr. Seeman was caring and took time to explain the injections as well as the where and why the need. I could not have been more satisfied. Total time waiting below is high because this was my first visit and time was needed for registration.

Office staff was dysfunctional. I was in pain. My Dr. referred me to Dr. Seeman with an ordered for an injection. The office interpreted the order wrong & set me up for a consult with the P.A I didn’t know this until the end of the appt. I was not given an injection. But gave me a test on BP & heart rate & made appt. a week later. When I told them I made a trip there for no reason and they shouldn’t bill me/ins. they refused. The office is 36 miles round trip. I’m going to notify my insurance.

I had been in pain for 3.5+ years following a car crash on the highway. I had visited my pcp, massage therapists, and chiropractors with no relief. They just wanted me to take pills to dull the pain. I was EXTREMELY fortunate to cross paths with Dr. Seeman and get his card. From my first visit to his office, Dr. Seeman and his staff went above and beyond, I was treated with the utmost respect and was given the best of care. Dr. Seeman as well as his office staff and PT team all work to fix your problems, no matter how long it takes. He is willing to try new things to solve problems and cares about getting you back to the life you led as soon as possible with as little issue as possible without opioids. He is direct and I appreciated that. You leave with an honest assessment and a clear recovery path.

I am so happy I found Dr. Seeman and wish I had found him WAY sooner. That is my only regret! Dr. Seeman has gotten to the bottom of my pain when other doctors had no answers and nothing helped me. After two years of multiple surgeries that only made me worse, working with Dr. Seeman is a breath of fresh air. Through PT (Stephanie is fantastic!) and him and his office working with me to locate the source of my pain and address each problem, I am doing things I haven't been able to do in years.

I have and, will recommend Dr Seeman and, his caring Staff to anyone living with pain. From 2006 thru 2012 I lived with debilitating pain. So many Pain Specialists, so many different treatments and nothing helped. My surgeon recommended Dr Seeman and, though I had been so discouraged I made the appointment. What a wonderful decision I made because since day one Dr Seeman has turned my life around. Dr Seeman continues consistently to address all of my issues and, concerns as does his staff. #1

I have been very pleased with this group. The treatment has worked and relieved my pain. The physical therapy was extremely helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone with osteoarthritis pain.

HIE IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR AND REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND THEIR PAIN.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional office. I have been going to the practice for 4 months. They do not return calls the same day and in many cases I have to call them back several times to get a response. They have lost critical emails because they said they went into their junk email . My insurance company has rejected prescriptions and requested more information from the office with no response. I don't have enough room to write all my complaints. Stay away.
