Just had my septoplasty done and Dr Murcek did an amazing job! Everyone that helped before surgery were very sweet. My life is changed because of this surgery

Removed thyroid, leaving a minimal scar. Helped diagnose and treat my GERD issues. Business-like - like most surgeons- interested in getting the job done!

The staff is extremely rude, lacks empathy, and does not care about patient perspective or situation at all. They called and let me know that I had a large balance due IN FULL, the DAY BEFORE my scheduled non-elective surgery and told me I had no other option but to pay IN FULL or not have the surgery. I was met with absolutely no care or compassion regarding this issue, despite being very obviously upset and in distress. I would never recommend this office to anyone, ever. Dr. Murcek is absolutely the best! He found, diagnosed and treated (2 surgeries) my stage 3 cancer. He explained and was there for me through my treatments. I’ve been seeing him for follow ups for over 3 years now. The nurse and office staff is very friendly and helpful, they made the process so much better for me. I can only give 2 stars and that is for the doctor. My experience with Dr Murcek was excellent but the office staff is extremely rude. One person in particular is not easy to deal with, very unprofessional and does not want to be helpful.

Murcek treated my allergy for over 2 years, unsuccessfully. At one point I asked a different prescription. I was told to schedule another appointment. I saw him on 11/16. The prescription did not help. On early 2/17 I asked for a different prescription; the condition was the same, but I had to see him again. New prescription did not work; I contacted the office, asking if there was anything else he could prescribe. I was told he had to see me again. I politely told the nurse I was going to see another doctor. I received two letters from Murcek—one registered—informing me that he (not I) would no longer see me. The gall! Murcek always seems like he is in a bad mood; he is curt and needs to learn bedside manners.

My wife called their office today and it looks like not much has changed since the poor reviews from last year. Person that answered the phone was extremely rude. So, I just called my primary doctor for a different doctor to be referred to.

5 stars he is wonderful

Very friendly and straight forward - just what we wanted in a doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.

I hope I never have to see a doctor again, but if I do Dr. Murcek is the best. He was straight up with me about my thyroid and the surgery. I'm recovering well and I am receiving excellent follow up care.

The staff and doctor is extremely rude. My mom was approved for a MRI and the rude receptionist told her she was denied and never got the MRI to find out what was wrong and then tried to put the blame on my mom. Worthless

The receptionsts and nurses are so rude!!!!! I wouldn't refer anyone to this place!!!!!! My daughter has to have tubes put in and I'm seriously considering calling a different office. I'd rather drive out of town than deal with these people again. Dr. Murcek is kind though!!

I have cat dander allergy that Dr. Murcek treated over two years unsuccessfully. I called and asked if he could prescribe something else. I was told to schedule an appointment to see him. I did and saw him on November of 2016. He gave me some spray that I should use twice; I used it for months and did absolutely nothing. I contacted them early February of the following year asking if there is anything else that he could prescribe. I was told to schedule another appointment!

My experience with this Dr. was pretty crappy. I went in with a small auricular hematoma, and had done my research about the injury and its treatment. Drain and suture. He walks, says I definitely need surgery, and walks out. For this not even 10 minutes of his time, I was billed $300. The best part is that the "surgery" would not be done at the clinic, but at a hospital where an addition $10,000 of cost would be incurred. I went to another ENT and was taken care of for $150. Ear is fine.
