He has met my daughter once and over the past year and her condition has only worsened. He continues to offer the same treatment and fight me on getting additional testing. Why would you not want to do additional testing to make sure there is not an underlying condition when laxatives, suppositories and magnesium cleanouts are not working? The NP Analise treated my daughter with the pre-conceived diagnosis from Dr Infantino and did not seem remotely supportive of helping me figure out why my 3 year old hasn't been able to poop since birth. My daughter has been constipated for a week despite all the remedies listed above, we got her general to order a scan that showed she has a mass of poop that we haven't been able to remove, when I asked what we were going to do about it, I was repeatedly told we are scheduling a clean out when Dr Infantino is available. I just want someone to care enough about my daughter to at least try to find out if there is anything else going on.

I don't feel he is at all interested in helping my daughter. Just applying a laxative bandaid to the situation that has only worsened since we started seeing him.

Don’t recommend him he not a good gi doctor at all for kids ..... we have him for our 5 month old daughter and he no good at all will be looking for a new doctor....

Dr Infantino LISTENS, and sincerely cares about his patients and their families. When my son had to have emergency surgery and then was newly diagnosed with IBD he explained everything, gave us treatment options, and answered all our questions. He’s a TRUE professional! The BEST!!

Knowledgeable, deeply caring, personally attentive, and clinical smarts, are all wrapped up in an approachable, listening, expert, Doc that literally set a Gold Standard for our son‘s GI care after an emergency operation. Dr Infantino took time to get to know us as people and was interested in what would work best for our son and our family. EXCELLENT! The BEST!

Dr. Infantino cares for my toddler. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and "Human." He takes the time to listen completely and genuinely cares. He explains his approach in a way that calms the cautious mom that I am.

Dr. Infantino is so good with our daughter he takes the time to find out what's been going on in between visits and takes the time to explain the course of action he thinks is the best way to go

I gave Dr. Infintino 5 stars because my daughter has had GI issues since birth. It took months for my mother and I to convince Primary to see a specialist. And we lucked out with Dr. Infintino. He takes his time to hear us out. Is knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic. I believe my daughter has been his patient for well over 2 years now. And I would highly recommend him to other.
