Dr. Ben Alderdice is absolutely awesome. He is the best I have ever been to. I highly recommend him and his staff. You will definitely be well taken care of!

What a wonderful Dentist! All staff friendly as can be! I am so nervous when it comes to dentist but Mr. Alderdice and his assistant made me feel safe and comforted and that is the best feeling to have in a dentist's office! All my top teeth removed in 8 minutes. I am on my next day with no swelling or hurting. I highly recommended him to anyone ????

I NEVER leave reviews, but this office deserves some kind of recognition. Literally the best experience I've ever had with any kind of dentist visit. I was nervous and a little worried, but the staff, Dr. Alderdice and nurse Kari were so kind, professional and reassuring and within minutes he got up to shake my hand. Don't Recommend He rushed in breaking and pulling told him I wasn't numb he suggested I was When I went to another dentist To have a 1/2 a tooth pulled out that he left broke off found out I abcess And that's why I wasn't numb I went weeks without wearing my immediate denture

Just wanted 2 give a HUGE HUGE shout out 2 Ben and his crew...they ALWAYS take care of me and they ALWAYS ALWAYS go above and beyond for me..I've had a back tooth that broke off several months ago..the last month it has really started 2 bother me..but the last 2 weeks..it's been pretty bad..on new years I started takin an antibiotic that Ben gave me that I never did take (I'm awful about not taking meds..but I was grateful I had them) I called the office yesterday and told them what was going on and they were able 2 get me in today..the left side of my face had Swollen and I actually have a black eye..I had a HUGE pocket of infection under my jaw bone..he pulled the tooth and lanced the area where the infection was and rinsed and suctioned all of the infection out...I'm sure I'll be sore once the numbness goes away..but I am just blown away by how well Ben and his staff take care of his patients..I've been goin 2 them a good long while now..so they are honestly kinda like family now..he noticed the scar on my head from my car accident back in October..he said.. you still have stiches ..and your skin has already grew over it and has healed..I said they are supposed 2 be disolvable stiches..he said.. they aren't.. and if they aren't removed..its gonna get infected..so not only did he take care of my bad tooth..but he also took it upon himself 2 remove the stiches from my car accident injury..and he didn't charge me a dime..I was soooo happy and I'm very very appreciative for what he did..he cared enough 2 take care of that cuz he knew it would later down the road cause me problems..and not only that..but the stiches were dark blue..but looked green underneath my skin..so it sorta looked like I had a face tat???????? thank you guys soooo sooo much for taking good care of me..yall are absolutely wonderful and I am sooo glad and very blessed that I am a patient of yalls..cuz yall are da bomb.. love yuns BIGGG

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Alderdice and his staff. For the third time in the last year, my 9 year old had to have stitches after a collision with another kid on the playground. Dr. Alderdice and his staff are always amazing. Dr. Alderdice is patient, kind and very detailed in explaining to a child what is going to happen. He takes all the time needed to make sure the child is comfortable. His staff make follow-up calls to make sure the patient is recovering well. I just can’t say enough good things. As a parent, when your child needs stitches on their face it is scary and I know first hand I trust Dr. Alderdice to the fullest to treat my child just like he would his own! They don’t get any better than Dr. Alderdice and his staff!

I'll never let Ben Alderice touch, let alone pull a tooth of mine ever again! He is so rough and just down right mean! Him or his dental assistant did not make me feel comfortable at all they were just worried about that co-pay!

I must start by saying one of my biggest concerns is dental procedures. I recently had a cracked tooth removed by Dr. Alderdice. These folks are wonderfully caring in every aspect of your procedure. I can recommend them highly and am glad to give them a 5 Star Rating. Bobby Carlson, Patient

I cannot express how great this dentist and his staff were. I was camping in the area when I developed a tooth ache and some swelling in my face. I called this dentist and was given an emergency appointment for the next day. I am absolutely terrified of having dental work done. He was gentle, understanding and quick. Numbed the area with topical, then novacaine, came back once I was numb and the tooth was out before I even knew it. I been here twice. Back in 2016 he took most of my teeth out. Which I had horrible experience then. He yelled at told me that there's no way I feeling anything; I have gave you plenty of numbing medicine. I swore to my self then I wouldn't be back to him. Well unfortunately I had to see him again the other day cause he was the only one my insurance would cover. So when I went him the other day I was already nerves cause of my previous experience with him. When i got into the room I told him I'm very hard to numb. He said that wouldn't be an issues. After waiting like you always do to make sure you're numb he came in without his nurse and started to pull my teeth. I started to feel pain where he was pulling the tooth out from. I made a noise cause I was in pain. He told me there no way I'm feeling it at all. I said yes I am if wasn't feeling it I wouldn't be crying. He said well you need to stop crying or I'm just going to leave the teeth in. I try to calm down cause I was in pain. He finished my last fee teeth I had left to be removed. He did not sow up my gums. He left piece of my teeth in my gums. He said he was going to smooth the bone down he did not. Now please keep this in mind. I have never been afraid of the dentist at all. You can ask all my previous dentist. Only issue I have is that i have to listen to music while work on me cause I have a sensory issues with the drills noise. Everyone was amazing. I was in so much pain from a tooth broken off in to the bone. I was seen the next day and had the tooth extracted. I almost spent $600 for anesthesia and the staff informed me that I didn't need it. And I didnt. They even called to check on me the same day. Everyone was wearing a smile and super personable. Dr. Alderdice and his staff made my fear of dentists subside with their friendliness and caring touch! I definitely highly recommend them!

If i could give a zero for interaction via phone on both occasions I would. I called after being given their number from insurance company to ask if they would see me for an emergency tooth extraction. They agreed they accepted medicaid but not if you are over the age of 21. These people are not in the market to help people clearly. I called back to the insurance to let them know and they were puzzled because in my coverage there are no limitations that should keep me from having this service done. Mind you this and one other dental surgeon are the only ones in network within 50+ miles of me. My biggest issue is not that I am temporarily on medicaid due to just moving here from another state and readjusting to the move and settling in. The concern is they didn't even offer to provide me with a quote on this type of service or see if there was any way they were able to possibly help me in my situation considering it is an actual emergency. Since when is dental only important for people under the age of 21 and on who makes a policy to only take medicaid for clients under 21? Absolutely ridiculous and disgusted. Id advise your front office staff to be kinder to people calling facing a dental emergency and offer some type of help even if you cannot take the insurance. Offer a quote or ask if i have a referral for services and see how you can assist me. You don't know my situation and if I needed to get help to cover the cost that wouldn't be a problem. Instead you treat people like they are worthless leaches in society that aren't worthy of help because they have state covered medical. I had a great visit and surgery today at Doc Alderdice’s office! He is very gentle and numbed me so well I didn’t feel anything. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

The older Alderdice has terrible bedside manner. The younger one is pleasant. I met with him for my extraction and he made no indication that he would not be the one doing my oral surgery. When I came in for surgery, the older Alderdice came in and immediately went to work, he never introduced himself. This physician is not autism friendly. When I got anxious and scared he said "I don't care." He scolded me and told me that he would leave my wisdom teeth hanging out of my mouth half done. When he done he got up and left without a word. Dr.Alderdice is by far one of the best I was literally in so much anxiety and fear of going to have the procedure done. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because that’s as low as you can give… They were rude and incredibly disrespectful. My daughter was in tears. I do recommend going here.

Absolute terrible experience.

This place was one of the worst I have ever been to and all together ended up walking out on. Horrible hasty staff and even worst dentist that explains why you should be numb even if you are not.

Sent my wife out crying because she wasn't numb and they wouldn't numb her anymore. She actually got out of the chair and left. Would not recommend this place. Not very nice people either. Kind of stuck up.

My son went to have his wisdom teeth cut out and even though he told them repeatedly that the numbing shots didn't work and he could still feel everything they held him down and cut them out anyways.
