I have been going here since I was a kid and not my son goes here and the staff are wonderful and the Dr is so nice.

Dr. Janadri is amazing! I have an autistic son who is not fond of going to the doctor, and Dr. Janadri is always so patient and kind with him. He always takes my concerns into consideration. This place is ridiculous! We got new insurance and didn’t receive our cards in the mail yet, they tried to charge us instead of looking up my three year olds information! The staff is rude and trashy! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

The receptionist Amanda is very rude and nasty! She was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me while I was trying to figure out why the doctors office can’t fill my prescription. They discharged me from the doctors office without a notice And don’t seem to care at all that I need medication!! They also discharged my 2 year old son without notice for no reason what so ever. I’m not upset about not going there anymore because the doctors office is completely run down and unprofessional anyways! Do not waste your time ! It’s a shame, the doctor I’m this facility is an excellent doctor but the secretary lady is so nasty and inconsiderate. I tried to explain to her that we have not yet received our insurance cards as I have switched insurance companies she would not let me finish my sentence and she was rolling her eyes at me the entire time. Take into consideration I had my daughter here 6 days ago and a different lady took care of us with no insurance card and just my information, but 6 days later she denied my son care “because I could not provide a hard copy of our insurance card” even though I personally don’t even have them yet. I love the doctor himself but they need a new receptionist immediately unacceptable customer service...???????? I've been going here since I was a baby and my brother has been going to him since he was very young, he works great with people and everyone is very nice .

Oh if there was an option to give a 0! Very rude staff. Ridiculous how they run things. What a joke! Glad I switched my children to another Dr!

Don't take your kids here. It's dirty. The staff is unkempt, trashy and unprofessional. The doctor is impersonal. He doesn't even seem to like kids and he doesn't practice personal hygiene. Find a more reliable medical professional.

Great staff. Soft spoken helpful receptionist. I avoided this office because of bad ratings for months. But this office has been the only pediatrician willing to help my daughter.
