I felt as even though I was explaining to the Dr. what I was feeling.... I don't believe that he was listening to me.

I have been going to Dr. Kazkaz for several years. He's a friendly and caring physician and is easy to talk to about my back/leg problems. Dr. Kazkaz has helped me with my pain throughout all the years I've been going to him. His office staff is friendly and kind! I would refer my friends to Dr. Kazkaz if they were in need of a neurologist!

A doctor that cares.

Terrible. Took my mother for a follow up stroke appointment. He raised his voice at us. His reception person was wearing a hoodie and black jeans. He didn't have a proper blood pressure machine. He was not helpful at all. He said a lot of I don't know. He said, "fine I can do a Neuro exam if you want." And then raced through a very simple exam barking out orders at my mom. Negative one start. This Reception lady called me two days prior took all my insurance information all my personal information, called me back later to verify the insurance then schedules me ONLY to tell me when I get there (2hours travel time later) in the most rude unprofessional manner that the doctor will not see me. First it was My Insurance Then I said well I’d like to speak with him , I’ll pay cash. Pretty serious if you HAVE to see a neurologist. So , she again tells me no I’m livid at this point. I had to bring two of my children with me to this trip. Long story short Dr. came out and then said to her he would accept a fee for visit. But by that time this lady at the reception desk area made me want to take my money and insurance else where. I’m 41 and never been in such a discriminatory place like that in my life. She was NO help and this was my original Neurologist. Thanks to her not anymore. This women immediately judged like she was God trying to argue about insurance. I have valid ins, I have valid insurance Dr.Kazkaz accepts, but this women just had a bad cup of coffee that day and made mine worse. My kids are much more worried since I couldn’t get treated. To the burnet at Dr. office You are so unprofessional find another field. I know it’s hard but the customer service is TERRIBLE. Not welcoming definitely not on it. Worse visit this year. Been seeing Kazkaz for 5 years now and have never had a problem. He is incredibly thorough and always remembers what we discussed at our previous visit. He takes his time and listens to everything I have to say often leaving detailed notes in my files. I have always felt he genuinely cares. His staff always joked that he has OCD and I swear it comes in handy because he’s very organized and detail oriented!

He listens and really wants to relieve the pain. He has his own practice now and is easier to access. It's really nice to have a doctor who works hard to figure out the right balance of medications.

Do not go to this practice if you're expectation is to work with the physician for optimum healthcare. The practice does not recognize a patient's right to choose their healthcare provider. I was referred to one Dr., made appointment with the same Dr but was switched to dr Kazkaz at my first appointment. I am now told i may not see the physician I was referred to because I had already seen dr Kazkaz. I was treated quite rudely by the staff when I tried to make an appointment with original doc.

I realized after 6 months of seeing Dr. Kazkaz that he was not treating me based on the referrals I brought to him, but working with disability, WC & unethical use of Epic (do not allow info sharing) downplay my symptoms and provide an injection in my head to worsen my symptoms that was not an occipital injection. He ignored any emails I sent to provide symptoms to assist with a diagnosis and blatantly told me he was only treating me for a diagnosis that was unrelated to my symptoms; unethical
