Excellent diagnostician Considerate of overall health

Dr. Morgan saved my brother in-laws eye sight, which was damaged from childhood juvenile diabetes. Later he became my surgeon and performed lens implant surgery. In addition he closed my retina, which was severely scarred from an injury I sustained when I was younger. The surgery greatly improved my quality of life and I never had to wear contact lenses afterwards. Dr. Morgan is true to the Baltimore community and serves all of his patients with quality care.

25 years ago I was told by an eye doctor at University of Maryland I was going blind and to learn braille. I was then sent to Dr. Morgan, a new young Dr. who had learned new techniques. He told me it would be a long journey and possibly painful (those who had laser surgeries 25 years ago know what I mean) but he could save my sight. I can still see today quite well due to this gentlemen, and count myself lucky to have met him when I did.
