Dr. Kane did an esophagus surgery on my son almost 9 years ago when he was only 3 days old. My son had a cleft lip, a cleft palate, a heart problem and then his esophagus wasn’t attached to his stomach. Dr. Kane came in and was very kind and helpful in a very trying time. He was informative and willing to answer any questions we had. He got the surgery done perfectly and then even had to end up putting a g-tube in a week or so later. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

My name is Tamaria and I was diagnosed with stage 3 thyroid papillary cancer at the age of 15, he did both of my surgeries and I am beyond thankful for him and his work and how helpful he was, I remember him running from his office to my room in the emergency department to make sure I was okay after a biopsy had took a wrong turn and I will always remember that and remember how great he took care of me in my situation. I'm not sure if he remembers me but I thank him everyday for helping me and his determination to put me in remission. I am now 22 and still in remission 6 years later!!!!

Exceptional care. Great bedside manner. Very compassionate. Knowledgeable beyond years. Nurses and peers respect his judgement. I am thankful to have had him care foer me.
