Excellent Dr

Great service from the receptionist to the Doc!!! The coffee shop looks and smells great but I did not order anything from the coffee shop.

Any doctor that spend half an hour belittling a patient because of their condition should not be practicing any thing but the piano!!

My husband was referred there by my PCP for eval of symptoms of memory loss. Brought along the disc of cranial CT done at outside hospital. The nurse measured his pulse, BP, and 02 sat. Bp was over 200/100 . I asked her if maybe she should recheck it. The PA then came in and talked to us about various testing, and a clinical study they were involved in said she would have Dr Vaught look at the disc and call us if any further testing was indicated. Neither the nurse nor the PA did any neurological check whatsoever. I mentioned the elevated BP to the PA . She said it could have been the wrong size cuff, or the nurse may have taken it through his sweatshirt sleeve (which she did) but yes they would recheck it. They did not. She made him a return appointment for this coming May. I spoke with the Nurse 2 days later and she said Dr Vaught had reviewed the records and my husband would not need to return until the May appointment.. Needless to say I don’t feel it necessary to keep the May app

Everyone was nice. Location is great and building very clean & comfortable. Dr very wise and takes control to order and do what he feels is necessary. Don’t forget there is great coffe shop in building when You leave!!! Local friendly and yummy items!!

Besides having to wait forever to be seen this was probably the biggest waste of money that I’ve ever spent at a doctors office

Dr Vaught was the most well educated and thorough doctor I had found for my condition. He actually took time and figured out the problem. But he quit taking my insurance. That’s such a shame in our area there isn’t many good doctors and it’s so hard to find one that will take your insurance.

I suffered for years with Horrible migraines. When I'd sought help from other doctors I'd been told that OTC medications were probably as good as anything else. My quality of life was so diminished by the severity and frequency of the migraines and Dr. Vaught was determined to help me and did. I feel as if he has given me my life back! I've called 10 times,and it hangs up on me with every option I choose. How is someone supposed to make an appointment???

I feel like the employees and Dr actually care and want me to be better. I finally don't dread going to see my doctor

Dr Vaughts staff makes sure all my questions are answered with every visit. I can call and speak to staff with any concern I have. They have helped to manage my MS.

Dr Vaught was very thorough doing my initial visits and followed up with radiology. On follow up he explained the reports from radiology and his conclusions from first visit, them made recommendations for medical therapy. t later follow ups l was seen by a PA. at the next visits one could tell that the PA’s reports had been discussed with the Dr which was always satisfying. Very good.

Time to wait is reasonable. Office clean and staff efficient and pleasant enough.

Dr. Vaught and his office staff were very curtesy, efficient and nice to me and my daughter who went with me to my appointment as it’s getting hard for me to travel to my appointments out of town! Also, Dr. Vaught took time to answer every question I had regarding my conditions and how they interact with each other. If only my other doctors had the time to do this for me?? I would not recommend After 14 years of treatment,I would give no stars, if possible Treated me for Parkinson’s. A disease that 3 other neurologists have proven I do no have, and never had. Usually saw P.A. Not Doctor

Dr. Vaught never bothered to look at any of my medical records that I had with me, including a current MRI, CT scan and the various diseases that I have which have a direct effect on my neurological status. When I attempted to tell Dr. Vaught about all of the motor function deficits that I have been experiencing, he interrupted me and commanded in an abrupt manner: "I will ask the questions, you just answer my questions." I never was given the opportunity to tell him about the motor function problems that I am experiencing so his leap to writing down: "? Cataplexy" was an inconclusive and indecisive diagnoses. I traveled almost an hour and waited three months for that??? UNBELIEVABLE. The staff were very kind and efficient. So, now it appears that I will need to travel 2 1/2 hours to CAMC in order to be seen by a Neurologist who is willing to be a Neurologist. Dr. Vaught & his PA's have taken excellent care of me for several years. His staff is always very helpful with whatever you may need.

Dr. Vaught and his staff are excellent. He explained to me in detail my diagnosis. He was very kind and caring. Office was very clean and looked organized. I would highly recommend him.

His office called us at home 2x last week and reached us on the 2nd call to say they had a cancellation and wanted to know if we wanted the appointment. We said yes and asked if they had received a referral. They said they had and named the doctor who referred us. We asked what we needed to bring and were told to bring a list of meds, photo ids and proof of insurance. When my husband checked in for his apt, he was told they had no referral for him to be seen. We had to alter our schedules, not to mention the costs of getting to the apt. This is just proof of his staffs incompetence even though they admitted to their mistake. His staff is a reflection on him as a doctor.

The minute he walked into the examining room, he took one look and decided I was there for pain meds. I was diagnosed at the Cleveland Clinic and he belligerently told me I was lying and I didn’t have the condition, he hadn’t l9oked at my records yet, since I had brought them with me. I was treated VERY badly. Can not recommend.

Everyone in the office is way too cocky! Everybody is in his rich as them so I guess they only respect people that have as much money as they do!!!!

Dr. Vaught is a decent physician, however, you see him on your first visit but after that your care comes from his PA"s. You never see him again. I went to him for 2 1/2 years and only saw him once. If I wanted to see a PA I would schedule to see one. I'm paying to see a physician but I am not seeing a physician. I quit going to him.

Dr. Vaught is nice but once he sees you for the first visit all you ever see is his PAs after that and they don't know that much. You don't get the care you need.

Dr. Vaught was nice and easy to talk to. Made me feel very comfortable and safe. He listened and took time with me. His staff was quick, friendly and very sweet and caring. I can not say enough good things about this doctor or his staff. Great experience! Highly recommend!

DR. VAUGHTS OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY GET YOU CHECKED IN VERY QUICKLY AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG TO BE SEEN. DR. VAUGHT IS VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME REGARDING MY CONDITION AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
