Was a patient of his from age 6 to age 19… now almost 30, still thinking of the trauma Dr Reiner left me with. Yelled at me for missing a meeting, never informed me of new diabetic technologies, left me vastly underprepared for life as an adult with type 1 diabetes.

We've been w/ Dr. Reiner for nearly ten years. There's a reason he's regularly rated a top doctor by Baltimore Magazine. He's knowledgeable, forthright, and empathetic. And he's had our back on several occasions when dealing with the bureaucracy.

I've been to so many doctors but rarely am I so impressed that I'm motivated to leave a review. Without revealing too much of my son's medical issues, suffice it to say that I'm one stressed and worried mother about my 14 year old's health. From the very first telemedicine appointment to the in office physicals, Dr. Reiner made us feel like he was entirely focused and committed to helping Jacob. He took his time and thoroughly explained all our options and gave us hope for a healthier life. We know that most of the work will be up to Jacob to follow through the course of action prescribed by Dr. Reiner - but this was all something that no one else had taken the time to develop for us. To top it all off - Dr. Reiner followed up with us on a Sunday to ensure the treatment was well tolerated by Jacob. I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Reiner - He really is an example of the good positive impact doctors can have in a person's life. Granted we know there are no guarantees the treatment will work 100% but we have a hope and we know Dr. Reiner will be there for us should we need a different plan. Dr. Reiner is knowledgable, personable and was able to calmly reassure us when we we were worried about our daughter. He explained to us what the day of testing was going to be like and followed up with us after, even before we had the results. I would highly recommend Dr Reiner.

Dr Reiner's bedside manner make me and my daughter feel comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and respected by other physicians and specialists so we feel very confident in his decisions and under his care.

his office could get help with organization but he is a very good doctor who listens, humble, and is pretty knowledgable.

Insensitive to your needs.

He doesn't make notes of your communication with him and then if you go to emergency or other medical facilitiy he blames everything on you . Doesn't care about your baby or their well being. I took my baby to him 3 times and then when I took her to emergency room , he told them I never attended her appointments. When I decided to change the doctor he threaten me that he'll call the child protective service and tried to get my child' s primary care doctor (PCD)involved in agreeing with him but thank God my PCD knew me well enough He doesn't make notes of your communication with him and then if you go to emergency or other medical facilitiy he blames everything on you . He helped me get where I needed to be today.

Excellent! Dr. Reiner goes above and beyond to make sure a patient is completely healthy before leaving his office. Few doctors take such efforts for a patient. He has helped us out so many times managing diabetes and another chronic illness that complicates diabetes management. I could not recommend this doctor highly enough. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

When you make an appointment to see him, he later doesn't acknowledge them and creates a situation and threatens you by saying he'll call child protective services without any evidence.

Seven years ago I started taking my daughter to Dr. Reiner because she had stopped growing. He has been really great to us. He is smart and gives you all the information available so that you can make an informed decision. He talks directly to the kids so that they understand and are involved in their care. His bedside manner is fine. He is not rude or mean. I think people say that because he is telling them something that they don't wan to hear. We are very grateful to him.

My son is a new diabetic- we just found out last week. There's a lot of new information and it was pretty scary for both of us. By Dr. Reiner helped us to understand what was going on and what to expect moving forward. He's a good doctor and a good person. Insurance willing, we found my son's doctor (as long as he's a minor, at least).

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Reiner for eight years! We have never been happier with a physician than we are with him. He is easy to talk to, caring, and very responsive in any situation -- be it an emergency, a health crisis, or an equipment/supply need. Dr. Reiner is awesome and the best part . . . my daughter loves him and feels very comfortable talking to her doctor. That's the most important thing ever.

After bringing me in every 4 months to do a node scan of what appeared to be abnormal cells, Dr. Reiner sits me down and tells me there is no problem with my body, just that I am exceptionally fat and that I need to do something about it. I laughed at his excuse for bedside manner... did I mention I'm 15?
