Very friendly and helpful. Listens and answers questions. Provided great care for my knees. Dr Kenneally will always be my doctor

I saw Dr. Kennelly a few years ago for my left knee. All has been good since. I recently saw him for my right knee. I have no doubt that I will be walking normally soon. He is very professional and supportive.

Dr. Keneally Has been treating me for “bad knees” for over five years with Orthovisc injections. The series usually provides me with complete relief for 8-10 months. He is always gentle and kind. I would not be able to walk without pain if not for his treatments. I would recommend him to anyone with knee issues.

He listens and is very thorough. I am very comfortable that he has my best interest at the forefront.

Dr. Kenneally is great Sports Medical Doctor. He a wonderful and caring doctor who is very respectful and responsible person. Dr. Kenneally has be treating my wife Mrs. Bernadette and I for many years. We love him because we both have Arthritis .when he injected the Cortisol into your knees the way he does it his skills you never fill any pain from the injection. I would wholeheartedly recommend this gentleman to anyone who wants a wonderful professional be your doctor. You would love and respect him because he truly is a professional and would love to help to give you a much better quality of life!

I am a patient at Rothman Institute, where I see Dr Barry E Kenneally, I have seen this Doctor for the past two years, every three months I receive cortisone shots in both knees, and each time is the next best 3 months of my life pain-free. My visit was excellent. Registration was smooth, wait time was reasonable and Dr. Keneally was as great as he usually is.

Rather than seek more information on the cause of pain, with an exploratory MRI, Rothman & Kenneally diagnosed my condition as "arthritis", to be treated by a super expensive 3-step gel injection. No wonder, Kenneally made the comment "let's see how much your insurance will pay". Apparently, with Kenneally and Rothman, if you're aged 60+, they may predetermine your condition, with minimal investigation and lead you to the most expensive treatment, whether it has any benefit or not. I sought a second opinion and the MRI revealed I had a partially torn meniscus and fractured bone. Dr. Kenneally took his time with me and answered all of my concerns. Also, there was no long wait time.

Quickly diagnosed my problem and took care of it in 1 visit. He was pleasant and efficient as well.

First visit just okay; second visit hip/knee pain; never spoke with me; had nurse waiting outside exam room ready with injection for knee to which we never discussed for the presenting symptoms; rushed appt.; very impersonal; didn't answer questions; staff excellent; facility excellent; elected a non-Rothman physician to do hip replacement when this doc told me it was my knee causing pain. Had excellent results with different physician. Be aware!!!!

I arrived a couple minutes early I was taking into the back at my appointment time doctor came in took care of me and out the door I went feeling fantastic I would definitely recommend

The office is run like a well oiled machine. There was a very brief wait for intake at the front desk, and I was called back immediately for onsite X-rays before I'd even had a chance to complete the questionnaire on the supplied tablet. Super quick. The technician was friendly and warm, and we got the pictures quickly. After entering an exam room, first a nurse verified my basic information, then a resident came in and did an exam, and shortly thereafter Dr. Kenneally came in. After a brief discussion of my options for knee pain, Dr. Kenneally injected the affected knee with cortisone. I've had this procedure once before, and expected pain, but the doctor was so good that I barely felt it. Such a relief. I had allocated 2 hours for the whole thing, and was out within 45 minutes. Got same day appointment, took me immediately for X-ray when I got there, and then met with the doctor shortly after the X-ray. Dr. Kenneally was thoughtful, reviewing all of my prior files, the X-rays and then a thorough exam. He recommended a non-surgical option to start, and implemented his advice immediately. I came to Dr Kennealy for my hip and he listened and understood. He gave me great advice and suggestions other then surgury.

Women are so often dismissed when they are in pain (I had been previously told there was nothing wrong with me without so much as an x-ray), but he listened to everything I had to say and made appropriate recommendations for diagnosis and treatment. He was kind and patient. I hope I don't need his services again (LOL), but I'll happily recommend him to others who do! Dr. Kenneally was fantastic. Cortozone- rt. Knee , left shoulder. Turned out very well.

Very pleasant, painless experience with top notch Doctpr and staff!!

Do NOT go to him if you have arthritis of the knee and expect to receive quality care. I stuck with him for about 10 years with the past 2-3 being so lackluster. Didn’t offer to MRI and insisted “it would just show meniscus tears” and “do I want new knees?” and “it’s just your arthritis” and prescribed generic PT - which FINALLY after years of this nonsense I got a second opinion elsewhere, a more specific Rx for PT, and an immediate MRI which showed its NOT “just arthritis”. I got better care in one visit elsewhere than him in 10 years. What a waste of my time and my health for the past several years. Glad I’m out!

I’ve been a knee patient for many years - age related issues. He has treated both knees and I’ve always had almost immediate relief from pain. He is professional, personable and explains options fully. A wonderful physician.

A relief! I was so nervous because my last ultrasound-guided hip shot two years ago, was so painful. He explained why he was giving me the shot a different way then I had experienced before. It was quick and only a bit uncomfortable.
