I have been seen by this clinical team for a back injury and all of them are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and work well together. I am on my 2nd round of PRP and appreciate the work they have put in to help me recover from a SI ligament injury that creates a lower achey back, hip pain, and at times back spasms. Dr. Garica In knowledgeable of work Comp process but still advocates what’s in the best interest for his patients. So thankful to have been sent to him. It has taken a lot of work for improvement with rehab but between all the hard work I have done and this clinical team I think I’m on the road to recovery! I work on an ortho floor as a nurse and highly recommend Him for your non surgical needs. He is very good a covering everything before surgical intervention which is what I preferred. In 5/2017 I was given an MRI and Report Showing C4,-C-7 3 bulging discs with other serious cervical spinal problems. I moved to VB 10/2017 and went to see Dr Garcia who ordered an MRI report 10/17/2018 C3-4, minimal bulging-several narrowing C4-5,6,7 mild, nothing to worry about. Keep in mind my prior orthopedic surgeon provided me with the report I gave to Dr. Garcia's staff They also requested my prior documents. Dr Garcia's report shows minimal to moderate cervical damage, 1 slightly bulging disc. in C4-5, 5-6, and 6-7 both show discs bulging, spondylosis, bilateral facet disease-causing-moderate to severe narrowing. Since I was told on 5/17 I had severe cervical issues on 8/17 Garcia said one was severe the rest were mild. He sent me to physical therapy of which I had already done in the past. Dr. Garcia never reviewed my prior MRI or questioned how my cervical spine "healed itself from moderate to severe down to mild with bulging discs no longer bulging"He should retire-play golf

Terrific practice from Diana in reception, physical therapists, the nurses, PAs and doctors. So accommodating kind and professional. Ive never waited more than 15minutes and usually go right in. Dr. Garcia is a wonderful doctor he educates his patients and appreciates the patients involvement and decisions. Very intelligent, professional, kind and compassionate. He works with your timeline, wants and needs . He offers but does not push a range of options. You feel as if the whole practice really cares about their patients. I love my ortho people in Ga never thought Id find anyone as great here but I have ! Highly recommend Dr. Garcia

Pill factory Dr would not recommend ruined my family ! Gives every kind of hardcore opiate from headache to knee sprain ..avoid. needs to be reported.

I do not know how any of the other Dr.'s work in this office however Dr. Hickman is a very unprofessional person. I scheduled an appointment with this office in hopes I would get help with an issue that's been going on since 2010. My appointment was at 9:30 am I showed up to the waiting room at 9:15 am. Filled out my paperwork and waited until 10:00am to be brought back. I'm thinking to myself this could be better but let's just be hopeful the issue gets handled. When Dr. Hickman finally arrived he asked me what he can do for me I explained to him that I needed to have a private Dr. Sign off on some paperwork the VA needed. After that he basically lost his cool and said "this isn't my job and i just wants to help people not sit here and fill out a million questions on paperwork. How much do you weigh?" He then tells my my issue is do to being over weight. when I was diagnosed with the issue in 2010 in the military and was 205 lbs. He never did any form of evaluation never even looked at my knees and never looked at my xrays or my medical information. He was very unprofessional and I do not recommend him for anything as he is clearly not in this line of work to help anyone. I will never go back to that office again. Garcia 1st reported neck and back injuries were symptomatic and work related. Days later he testified that his exam showed that spinal damage was asymptomatic and that the symptoms were due to polyneuropathy related to my diet in 2011. He ignored that 2002-2016 MRIs show extensive spine damage, that complaints were the same from 2002-2018, and treatment for spinal damage from 2011-16. Nor did he do a thorough neurologic workup to see whether nerve deficits corresponded to MRI findings.

Dr Garcia is a phenomenal physician. He listens, and carefully discerns how he will go about treating your specific condition. He is always friendly, and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr Garcia!

Dr Garcia and his staff are experts at evaluation and coming up with a plan for treatment. Very professional and caring.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Garcia. His knowledge, diagnostic and treatment skills are outstanding and are only exceeded by his and his staff's patient relationship skills. Dr. Garcia's innovative approaches to treatment for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions was perfect for me. I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. G. for over 8 years. I have numerous problems with my spine and hips. He has really helped me live a fuller and less painful life! He is very smart, compassionate, has a great sense of humor and never, ever rushes you. Put your trust in him, he will educate you about your body and that will help you in the long run! BEST doc I have seen for my issues, and I have tried many before him. His staff is just excellent also.

Dr Garcia is the most compassionate doctor in Indian River County. He truly is invested in all his patient and their well being. His staff in the sebastian office are phenomenal!!!

Very good bed side manner. He takes the time needed to answer all of your questions. Both my husband and I see him. We love Dr. Garcia and the rest of the staff in his office.
