Anyone who has been fortunate enough to have found and been treated by Dr. Roach has been blessed. I only wish there were more MD's and people like her. In reading a negative commentary someone wrote regarding waiting time for your appointment......the measure of the quality of the care you have available to you from this person/professional is far more important than wait times. Many patients in Rheumatology and other specialties have complex care, urgent needs, and unanticipated issues that arise during the course of their visits. Not cut and dried. They are given the care they need, and it may take extra, unanticipated time. The ethical MD knows this and is thorough. It isn't about time. It is about people and human lives, compassion and care. I am sure you would wait at what you know to be a good restaurant because of the good food.....Put your medical care in that same perspective and be thankful for this great professional.
