Dr. Barbara Gibson Hundley

Worst Psychiatrist in person I have ever been around. She was rude unkind and judge mental. I was in hell when I was her patient. I feel so blessed to have found a new psychiatrist who is kind and understanding and caring. I have heard she has gone out of business and retired and I hope that is the case so no other person has experience the pain and cruelty that I did from her. You should have compassion and understanding and caring for people who suffer from mental illness. Just because She never suffered from anxiety and depression she should know what it’s all about if she paid attention in school I just hope and pray she is no longer Practicing Worst Psychiatrist in person I have ever been around. She saved my life

Great psychiatrist, helped me through my darker times and made me the more stable operable adult I am today. Judgmental - not so much, because she will tell you the truth and it isn’t always kind to hear. Needed .

I was a patient of Dr. Hundley about 5 years ago and she was wonderful. She is the only doctor or counselor that I’ve had that I have actually connected with. There is a 50 year age difference between us and I thought that could be an issue but didn’t have a problem relating to be. I have recommended her to many friends and family members.

Dr. Hundley believes she knows everything because of her age and experience, but in reality is extremely out of touch. She is condescending, and is quick to prescribe medication so she can move on to the next patient.

Her receptionist was not friendly, and told me she would email me a bunch of paperwork that she did not ever send. When I tried to call they did not answer (5 times), and I finally just left a few messages. I tried to reschedule my appointment and never got a call back. Such disappointing client care, but from the reviews on here I am relieved I didn't go to her. As a therapist myself, I find this type of treatment embarrassing to the mental health field.

This DR. doesn't listen to her patients, and she was a bit rude.
