Dr. Balaguru Gopal Ravi

Dr. Ravi took the time to listen, ask good follow up questions and provide practical solutions to me. Although, I had him for the first time a year ago, he remembered the things we discussed. He was prepared for our visit. All of this was important to me in building a good relationship with a doctor.

He is very attentive, intelligent, kind and just downright likeable! Because of my Cobra ending I was forced into the Marketplace & had to change doctors which I didn't want to do, I loved my doctor. I selected Dr. Ravi because of all his great reviews and upon my first visit with him I now join all the great reviews. I was extremely comfortable talking to him and was not rushed at all, he listened to me and refilled all my prescriptions. Everyone I talked to in the building was extremely nice and helpful, it made this first appointment stress-free & that's saying a lot. I also liked that I could go to their website ahead of my appointment & provide information like the medicines I take & other information which I needed to give at my appointment was entered into their computer by someone at the clinic I didn't need to fill out any paperwork at all. It went so fast that they were calling my name as I walked to sit down & wait for my appointment.

Great attention to detail. Very personable. Seemed genuinely interested in my overall health. He listened carefully to my concerns then followed up with a game plan for my particular health management.

Answered every question and concern I had. I was in and out in no time at all with no waiting.

Dr Ravi is a good listener, acknowledges your concerns and apprehensions and tries to work in the best interest of your personal health .

Pleasant and professional, he read my file before appt. and listened attentively. He explained things clearly without medical jargon.

Addressed my concerns in a very professional and capable manner. I felt as if he had a genuine concern for my issues and treating them.

He’s just the best. All around. Knowledge. Personable. Fast but doesn’t rush. Efficient. Answers messages promptly and takes immediate action. Keeps me accountable also.

He is at the clinic most of the time, as apposed to my previous PCP who was rarely there. He seems intelligent and caring.

Direct, informative and interested in my health improving. Part of a great Kelsey-Seybold team that I respect and depend on.

It was a very comforting visit. Dr. Ravi was very easy to understand when he explained my situation. He is very thorough in his explanations. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Ravi.

He was very friendly, thorough and explained everything in a manner I understood. Took his time and I felt like he really cared about me as a patient and not just another body coming through his door. Will definitely keep using him as a doctor.

In a video visit with another Dr on Sat, he said the health problem should be examined by a doctor in person. On Monday I went to the clinic, during the Covid 19 pandemic, to have it examined. Dr. Ravi didn’t perform an exam, obtain a test or order medicine other than a cream for symptom control. Also, since I have had low blood counts before (needed blood transfusions) and now had symptoms of low blood counts, he said he ordered a blood test for it. No test was ordered so I declined the blood draw. I didn’t want to get stuck twice. I asked that they check with Dr. Ravi first. The lab tech then said the order was changed and drew blood in right tube for blood counts. No results came back, I messaged him, the nurse replied that the test was not ordered. Loved Dr. Ravi! He was very thorough and very smart. Great bedside manners This was my first visit with him and he had already gone over my medical history. He said all the right things and was as prepared as I was. We had a great meeting and I'm looking forward to seeing him again.

Highly recommend Dr. Ravi , impeccable bed side manners , very knowledgeable and efficient.
